Keep at it girl. Even if it's a slow process. I have been heavy for my adult life after having my children. I'm now 69 yrs old and have been slim for a year going on Keto. I'm a diabetic. I would say I've been on thousands of diets that usually didn't last a day. My doctor put me on Victoza and that kept me from thinking and wanting food constantly and it kept my A1C down. A diabetic craves sweets and carbs. Love you sharing your life. Praying for you. Don't give up. I've been there having to start over everyday or every week. It's going to happen!!!

Yes love the ocusoft for the eyes! I have a problem with my oil glands getting blocked easily also and I’ve used the ocusoft eye wash for years and it does wonders! Ocusoft is actually made an hour from me here in Texas!
