I knew as soon as that track cooled off and saw Chase making moves to the front.... Oh yeah it was on. Something about these concrete tracks Chase thrives on too. Congratulations my man!

William Daly congratulations 🎉😊 chase Elliott I'm glad that the race was able to continue it was like the coca cola six hundred started in the afternoon 🌞 and ended close if past midnight thank you nascar jet dryers super job
Why? It was clear the 6 was trying to bait a caution. The contact wasn’t anywhere near something that would cause such slow pace. He also could have come straight down pit road after the contact but opted not to. Nascar isn’t obligated to throw a yellow because a guy doesn’t want to finish off the lead lap.
@@TheABelGuitar how was the 6 trying to bait a caution when Denny Hamlin was the one that dumped Custer into Brad going into turn 3? Plus its kinda hard to go down pit road when something breaks on your car making it difficult to handle
@@thekevinharvick Brad was already off track by the time the field came around. Also, what’s the deal with the fan base. Half of y’all complain about yellows saying “let them race” and the other half wants them for every minor issue. Seems like you’re one of the fans that only wants yellows when it benefits your driver or hurts one you don’t like.
He was not stopped the back of the car was broken and no caution was the right call because they were not stopped on track they got down out of the way. I see no problem with the ending.
he could have drove through a school zone with the speed he was doing compared to the field How’s that any different then the time at phoenix when Danica was limping around the bottom and got killed by a car going 9x her speed
Yeah, I feel like so much needs to be changed for a popularity spike, but it would need to be done in a very short time and would essentially reshape the sport from where it is now
The nascar marketing team needs to take a good look at F1. I feel like the announcers and production team put zero emphasis on team radio, strategies, tire wear, and all the technical parts of racing which make it so intense.

Nascar doesn’t understand it’s own cautions… congratulations Chase
They didn’t two years ago in the 600
The wreck wasn't a threat on the track and it was far enough back to not cause a bigger wreck. It was just 2 cars in the wall pretty much. Fair
Chase is on the case!🏁🏆

Iffy on whether they should have thrown the yellow, but I saw no debris off either car.
I was wondering the same thing. Couldn't tell if that was BK's tire making that line or he was dumping oil.
Who was that the ran Custer up into BK. Couldn't tell if that was Bubba or Hamlin. Sure ruin BK's day for a top 10 finish.
my two fav drivers are custer and bk .. def mad me sad
Hack Hamlin
They def dropped the ball on the 6 car parked in the grass when the pack drives by 🤦♂️

It was one to go when he was on the grass any way. He was on a access road the previous lap

nascar is such a joke nowadays. Cautions are arbitrary and the cars look terrible. No wonder no one watches anymore.
Yeah, I feel like so much needs to be changed for a popularity spike, but it would need to be done in a very short time and would essentially reshape the sport from where it is now
