I mainly work with tumbled stones and palm stones. I have a lepidolite palm stone. I purchase crystals mainly to help with my complex trauma. I also have been sleeping with it under my pillow. It seems to help. But then again, it could be a combination of the things I’m using when sleeping. Things such my weighted blanket, Music choice Soundscapes on the TV, and my lepidolite crystal under my pillow.
I love Lepidolite and use it and gravitate to it when I'm feeling down, sad, depressed. Also Lepidolite with pink tourmaline works well for this also. Really like that combination. FYI: I've seen the combination of Lepidolite and Pink Tourmaline oddly enough called "unicorn stone" I don't use that term, but I've seen it often.
Lepidolite and lepidoptera have similar spelling and pronunciation. I need the crystal & I love butterflies. Lepidoptera is the layman's term and scientific category name for butterflies. 10th grade biology class!! Lol!! Butterflies are animal guides Spirit totem!! I want soon own the crystal for of its metaphysical and Spiritual properties for my good to alleviate depression, bi-polar and overthinking. Purple 🟣 and mauve is an awesome color that I truly enjoy!! Thanks a million!!
