This was hard listening to. I've been there myself, and so this really hits home. I'm someone who is there for my friends, as much I can be, but I agree with what you said about when we need them it seems like they disappear. I guess that's why I have such a hard time trusting . And that line "Am I an inconvenience?"... I feel like this a lot. But yeah, I am so looking forward to the other songs.

Dude, this song is amazing! Now, going back to ICU, I saw a song called Fake Friends, and that was one of the songs I wanted to hear so badly. So, here's hoping we get it at some point, because the teasers for it sounded really good!

This song dropped kinda after the moment I lost my friend. We got into a dispute before about her self destructive behavior and my concerns and reactions to it. I've known her for 3 years, always was struggling with money and whenever people gave her money for help, always seemed to take it for granted and lashed out at me whenever I tried to talk to her to help. We were there for each other in the early days of our friendship and it was going well but as time went on and we were going through the same routine with me reaching out when her voice needed to be heard, it just got tiring for me to keep doing that because what I was getting more often was silence and toxicity. She said that the conversations felt one-sided and there was little communication but it just wasn't true. So I gave up and left the friendship. I felt like an asshole about it but this has happened to me before and I just didn't have the energy to keep going, then I thought about the times she was there for me.. and that was it.
