If you are studying for neet or jee then u must learn the relative velocity problems as it's too much important But if your exam pt1 is too near like my exams(8 days later ha ha) then u should skip the relative velocity part and later learn it after ur exams as this part is deleted in 2022-23 syllabus 🙂🙂

Same thoughts. Because even by using rl examples u can know If there is rain with no wind and u drive it will seem like the rain is falling in opposite direction of ur motion (because of relative motion)
