So just comparing this to the Hip dance cover, I'm hella impressed. Not that much time has gone by and you've improved so much. The physics on the ears have improved. The eye movement has improved. The movements over all are sharper and are starting to lose that animated look. I noticed that her hair is starting to look more natural too. Magnificent

I'm genuinely curious how such great animations are made, cus like there are videos every week and I assume this takes lots of time. And does anyone know if there are more people who make videos like this??
This was done with motion tracking +cleanup which takes significantly less time than hand animation and produces better result.
