One of the best songs jinjer has released is Pisces 2017 and because it ramps up and then does a slow drop right before she starts belting growling into the mic. No other song from them has done it quite like that song. Most people I've shown it to think it's 2 people in the audio version until they see the music video of Pisces. Found that song 2.5 ish years ago and went "holy f I need to hear alot more jinjer gaww damn"

I recently saw jinjer live and I must say impressive. The show was great. Impressed by all members. The stage presence was powerful. Was a small Venue with great energy and sound. Honestly enough can not be said about how good they were.
Yeah she ever comes close to where I live I am going for sure...not a big heavy metal fan but jesus how can you not love what these guys are doing.
Small clubs shows are the cat's pajamas to begin with. Ive seen others like Lamb Of Gud, Opeth, Cannibal Corpse in clubs the size if q Billionaires bathroom before they leveled up. And the sound is ...sonic & resonant with such minimal negative space it's true metal head porn. Jinjer in a clubs, not even a small venue I cant imagine how sick that is. Happy for ya gettin it while the gettin is good 🤘🤘
Caught them at House of Blues here in Las Vegas not long ago. Never seen that place get that rowdy before. They really know how to drive their audience live.

Their shit is definitely at a different level than alot of bands and this cones from a dude whose nose dived into so many bands over the past decade that I've lost track of some badass bands because of how many badass bands there are. Jinjer is just unstoppable atm. Hope to see them live soon.

In 2014, Ukraine was attacked by Russian Federation, Russia occupied a part of Ukrainian territory including Jinjer's home town Gorlivka and wages the war until now. Also, Ukraine suffered from Russian occupation for the centuries before, including being a part of USSR until 1991. Recently Tatiana and Eugene of Jinjer gave an interview for a Ukrainian journalist where he asked them some questions concerning it. And they couldn't give a clear answer about who's guilty of what's going on, couldn't show a clear position regarding current or previous occupations, told about possibilities of visiting aggressor country and playing for them, were caught getting confused, and showed their neglect towards people who dislike such a position. And instead of thinking about it, they made this song and video showing that they didn't like it.

But even if they really were ethnic russians, it doesn't matter at all. Whatever ethnicity you represent, when in 21st century someone comes to foreign land with weapon to kill, conquer and do even worse things (which I can't describe here because youtube deletes such comments), it deserves a definite appropriate attitude. And even more so, if they come and destroy right the place where you live yourself. If someone has no animosity towards who came to kill them, it should make angry not some "nationalists", but any normal human. Maybe it's a reason to see a psychiatrist.
Especially this is unworthy when it comes from public people who can represent Ukraine in other countries. They could tell the truth to those who don't know, but they spread this "I don't care, I don't know" position around. Fortunately, Jinjer are probably the only such stain on Ukrainian metal scene; other musitians have mode definite position and therefore are respected in Ukraine and abroad.

She is hitting serious high notes in the chorus... Tatyana might be the best vocalist female or male right now as technique is concerned. And to me she simply is one of the best ever. And good lyricist and frontwoman too.
