Rockbros handlebar bag installation setup

How to install and setup the Rockbros Handlebar Bag.
I have used this particular bag over the past 4 years and have done about 2500km offroad with them. Not had any issues or any water leaks. I usually carry food, stove, toiletries and other heavy items in this bag. It is very strong.
Installation steps:
1. Install foam spacers +/- 2 each
2. Attach velcro to handle bars
[2a. Route cables]
3. Attach head tube strap
4. Attach weight bearing handlebar straps.
5. Pack
6. Close up
