Running Form Drills help improve technique, running specific strength and the efficiency of muscle contractions. This drill helps improve turnover and foot placement; focusing on a short fast contact with the ground.
This drill can be used as part of a warm up routine for more dynamic session such as an interval session or hill session.It's best to perform this routine after a 10-15 min slow jog. Make sure you have roughly 15metres of space to perform the drill.
