    Thank you for your interesting insights, and well done for getting through such hard times, which I can relate to. I never could understand why people came here from such lovely countries with clement weather. As a 63 year old English woman, I'd advise anyone looking for greener pastures to look to Africa! It looks so lush, warm, sunny, fruitful and beautiful; England''s cold and grey too often, especially lately, and here you're put on the naughty step for even thinking about not working by yourself, and everyone else. Africa, (and everywhere else), don't get too much like England, as lately the lunatics took over the asylum. (The powers that be leave a lot to be desired.)
    Also, just to say, I wouldn't worry too much about the stigma of going back home penniless, those that love you will always be glad to see you, and the rest aren't worth caring about, although I can understand how you'd want to have enough to get back on your feet.
    I was bullied at school, and I recently read this poem that gave me comfort.
    Good Timber
    by Douglas Malloch
    The tree that never had to fight
    For sun and sky and air and light,
    But stood out in the open plain
    And always got its share of rain,
    Never became a forest king
    But lived and died a scrubby thing.
    The man who never had to toil
    To gain and farm his patch of soil,
    Who never had to win his share
    Of sun and sky and light and air,
    Never became a manly man
    But lived and died as he began.
    Good timber does not grow with ease:
    The stronger wind, the stronger trees;
    The further sky, the greater length;
    The more the storm, the more the strength.
    By sun and cold, by rain and snow,
    In trees and men good timbers grow.
    Where thickest lies the forest growth,
    We find the patriarchs of both.
    And they hold counsel with the stars
    Whose broken branches show the scars
    Of many winds and much of strife.
    This is the common law of life.

    This is enlightening, even if one wants to go to the seemingly greener pasture you should be prepared mentally and what have you😅

    • @hennoktv
      @hennoktv  9 місяців тому +2

      Absolutely! It’s important to be mentally prepared when venturing into new territories, even if they seem like greener pastures. Because it's not just about the physical relocation; it's about adapting to new cultures, facing challenges head-on, and nurturing that inner resilience. 💪🏾 #MentalPreparation #EmbracingChange #Adaptability

    I know someone will come here and ask why is she still at Europe? But the moral of story is, never go abroad if you already doing something better where ever you are because she see no different and if she was knew all this nature she couldn't move there. Good advice, thank you Esther ntoel

      @@hennoktv Since i fellow Esther and hear all those kind of informations even today here on your channel, I'm advice my fellow African not to relocate to America if they really do better at their home country because they will just take themselves in depression. As for me even in the next life i will choose to be proudly stay in Namibia because i hate live under pressure and depression life

      Circumstances force you to stay. Like she said, sometimes you can't even afford a ticket to visit home. What's your view?

    Dont understand why people from africa asia want to live in the west?

    • @hennoktv
      @hennoktv  9 місяців тому

      People migrate for a whole host of reasons. The main one being the search for greener pastures aka a better life. But the reality is the grass is greener where you water it.
