The boyz are known for their very strong performances, they are VERY stable in their vocals both road to kingdom and kingdom showed this off as well as just any live performances. Dudes was singing stable af while flying through the air and sliding off tables and shiz. They aren't here to play around (only onstage that is because off stage is a completely different story, this top 3 one of the funniest groups i stan yet. )
Thanks for the reaction. I just feel like there's this image of kpop artists training since they were kids and training all their life and it's true with a lot of them but not that true. For The Boyz, the majority of them started training at 17-18 years old and have 6 months to 3 years of training.
right everybody starts at different times, there are idols who started training at 11, but also idols who started at 20. majority are probably around 15-17 tho
This is my favorite THE BOYZ song, MV, choreography! I’m surprised you didn’t all watch the MV so you could see how the choreography and dancing was used in it.
Please more the boyz reaction!! Their all dance practice videos are amazing! Especially i love "Thrill ride", "D.D.D"! Also you should check their road the kingdom and kingdom performances! They are the best performers!
The have many ver of dance practice. The basic one of moving ver and fix ver Fix ver - where you can see full cam and all members or what's happening Moving ver - where camera move and so on. So choose what ver you want to react . btw thank you react to them ✨
I feel like it has a LOT to do with the surrounding industry. Personally, I don't think its too much for a music artist, because K-POP really blurs the line of musician and dancer... they are all-round performers and I think performing at this level is what makes these groups world class. I think its similar to how artists like MJ and Prince were seen as performers rather than just singers or singers could dance. If you place this choreography in the context of the K-POP industry, its still really amazing but maybe not as 'extra' or 'over the top' as if you compare it to choreo by some of the biggest music artists in the U.S. or Europe. I understand the rational behind this opinion, and you're right that its obviously not easy to physically perform, but I think the industry context is really important in this case. The western industries just have a very different focus and performance formula... like Beyonce, JLO, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga etc. who all put on big/grand shows, still don't do as much of the choreo as their back up dancers, and the choreo itself is more of a compliment to the lyrics maybe with a dance break section that has higher intensity- but actually formation wise and intricacy wise, they aren't usually as creative or nuanced... its more about watching a large group of dancers move in synchronicity that makes it really cool. Personally, I find this level of choreo for music artists so refreshing because it really strengthens the natural connection that dance and music have... the musicality here is amazing and for me, honestly elevates the importance of the dance aspect. Glad you guys liked it though!
But this is not a casual text conversation, it’s a stage performance with great lighting and outfit, and it’s a powerful song with amazing beat, and you think their choreography is too much? I think this choreo really kicks ass, and The Boyz deliver an extraordinary performance. And no this is not a competition piece, it’s a dance for one of their comebacks, and still, it’s not too much, it’s just right
Heeeey, their aren't extra, the others might just be not enough. I mean if they can do that while with stable vocals then why not. Which apparently the boyz can do. Soooooo, lets break the expectation of idols doing idols things. Tbz are dancers and thats it, to bad they're not nominated for best performers on mama
Actually most kpop idols train for like 3 years…it’s not alot…they train young to debut young They aren’t rlly trained since they were kids (they’re not like army)..idk it’s give a weird image what u r saying… there’s idols that struggle with dancing for example bcuz they r singers/ rappers whatever position…they r not robots…some idols r talentless
