On an older vehicle with a lot of imperfections could you do a 4 step with each v line so starting with v32 then v34, v36, and finally v38 then finishing with a sealant?
Hey Wyatt! Absolutely, in some cases it is necessary to use a multiple step paint correction to restore gloss however we still recommend to make a test spot using the least aggressive approach to determine what is best combination for your vehicle. Once desired level of shine has been achieved apply your favorite coatings to lock in your hard work and repel the elements. - CG Nick
Joe thank you for your explanation of each product you use in this video. I have a question I just repainted the hood of my 2004 GMC Yukon but there are some imperfections that I would like to fix. what product do you recommend I should use to even out the clear coat and make it nice and smooth. Do you think V-32 is a good one
If you corrected paint using V36 but then realized it would be more beneficial to use V34 for rougher and more stubborn scratches do you have to go back to V36 and finish of with V38 sort off like the method of using sand paper where each one gradually eliminates scratches from the prior one? or can you go from the V34 to V38?
I have just recently started using your products. I can say it is quite effective. How do you compare the v line with the C4 and P4? Is the V line more "powerful" in terms of what it can do?
Hey! Compounds are better suited for machine polishing but you can use a fine polish such as V36 by hand to remove light scratches and swirls. - CG Nick
