A tip for using Sora to get consistency (kinda)... when you have mapped out your story board, what you are wanting to use for a long form video, develop a master prompt to set up the characters, screen ration, FPS, color, setting etc... and then post this at the top of each prompt followed by each scene. Can still take a few goes to get what you want but I've found this technique helps heaps with creating a video with consistent tone, characters, lighting, scenery etc...
@@tonytony6945 Basically you set up the entire video script, in my case usually 20 scenes, and then set up a Master Prompt to be added to each scene prompt. The Master Prompt contains everything from technical things (Photorealistic, 16:9 etc...) to broad character descriptions... to style, tone, color etc...)
@@tonytony6945 Not as yet... I might do one when I've finished my current 'track a day' thing for January. Am learning heaps every day so at the end of the month, hopefully I'll have more useful advice.
been starting to see footage of games like DayZ turned into photoreal, I can see it being as simple as a filter, similar to our AI platforms....play your game in Anime, Lego, Photoreal, Pixar etc
dont wait, once it's released, a new video generation teaser will show up, then you will wait for that, and the next one and the next one, ending up just waiting without trying.
@@peacetoall1858 I haven’t timed it exactly, but it’s not even five minutes. Although I guess it depends on how long of a video you’re creating and what resolution. But you don’t have the long wait times like with the other services. Or at least I didn’t.
Nice tries here. Seems like the video quality isn't so bad, but just really bad prompt understanding and almost all of it didn't work out well. Still a loooong way to go to get this to be useful. Only great thing is it lets you keep generating slowly after using credits. Hope they continue that to be a thing, good to know, hadn't heard that elsewhere. Thanks.
No lie the best tool like this I've found so far has become very limited now but is free at least. It's called Dokdo and it's got amazing movement and consistency. I'd put the motion above Kling 1.6, but less high quality. Pretty close though.
Nothing Sora produced appears to be commercially usable at this point without continual aggro for the creative .. best bet still Kling/Veo2 and a couple of the others at this time ..
Kling is great for stitching 2 images together to make a short video. I used it recently to 'connect' 2 drone photos... and it did an amazing job, even down to the slight jitters and bumps that you sometimes get (from wind) with drone video. Has changed the way I will use my drone in the future.
Sora hasn't been very good for me. Can't even get it to have a person light up a smoke, also it is not for commercial use which makes it useless. Edit: I chose to watch this just because I love the videos that you render you have such a neat imagination! I could probably just use the prompts that you use and throw them up on a channel and create viral videos from them.
It’s pretty bad really. Prompt adherence is terrible. Generations are guided by a horny male teenager and then censored by a 17th century review board. Image to video is terrible. Cuts are frequent and cohesion across them are terrible. Kling is much better at all of these things. Much better.
@plainpixels I suspected so from the video, they should have launched it much sooner before the fear of falling behind make others to develop something better and cheaper, if their were first, it could have gone better for them
@ yeah, everyone has been iterating while they have been working on a launch. I’m trying to use it for a music video. I’ve generated hours of footage with Sora, maybe 30% or more has been censored. I’ve generated minutes with Kling. Same prompts and images, maybe one got censored. So far, 90% of what I’m using is from Kling.
Thanks for this. Sora is pretty bad in my experience. Unusable for practical purposes. Maybe good for random hilarity. It will improve but so far....meh.
What’s your least favorite thing about it? Compared to others I mean? I’m truly just getting started with it myself so I don’t have a very strong opinion.
Hi Bob! Ahhhhhh...What i'm waiting for??.. Simple! That They Decide to make this available in my country (Italy) Not yet!! (Google veo 2) Too.. Maybe the Laws are not ready here in Italy yet,

So, describe how to create a master prompt.

@whodeani thanks.do you have a link so I can see how you put it together and the results.
Excellent feedback! Thanks!

Not available in UK yet. 😢
Sora is what happens when you try and bend to the AI “SaFeTY” crowd and throw quality and usability to the side.
😂 lol lots of fun. Your tutorials are always enjoyable. Thanks. Happy New Year Bob.
These tests are cool. They manage to create funny videos instead of serious ones.
As usual, excellent content.

awaiting your sora movie dude...
We are waiting for Google Veo 2😊

I'm gonna start playing with it. How many minutes does a relaxed generation take?

Yeah, it seems to be inconsistent with that, but great!
