অঙ্কিতা এই গানটি নিয়মিত করেন এবং ভালবেসেই করেন। কিন্তু গানের প্রথম লাইনের কথাতেই ভুল আছে - শব্দটি “থমকিয়া থমকিয়া নয়”। সঠিক শব্দটি হলো “ঠমকিয়া ঠমকিয়া”- এটি সিলেটের ধামাইল নৃত্যের একটি মুদ্রা। সিলেটের মেয়ে হিসেবে জন্মের পর থেকেই গানটি আমি শুনে আসছি এবং বিভিন্ন মঞ্চে গেয়েছিও। সিলেটের Pronunciation সবার পক্ষে সম্ভব নয় মেনে নিচ্ছি কিন্তু কথাগুলো তো সঠিক বলা উচিত।
