This month’s DC Buzz will be hosted by Angelo Perrino,Course Director for Project & Portfolio IV.
This hour-long Zoom interview will be discussing with Jeff,
• how he got started
• why being a jack of all trades helpedadvance his career
• how to get your foot in the door andcontinue to get work.
We will also be talking about his many ongoing projects which include two features (“Isaac”, and, “The Hill”), Biden’s political ads (which he directs/produces/edits), a Hulu short that may be picked up for a feature and his many other projects.
It will be an in-depth look at the amount of work it takes to get into the business and stay afloat and relevant.
Jeff got his start directing commercials and music videos, eventually working on productions for major billboard artists that include Post Malone, Future, and Nicki Minaj. He's attached to more than ten indie films that went to market, four of them above the line. Recently, he was a principal advertiser for Biden For President and the DNC, producing national TV spots and primetime broadcast segments. He also branded the mobilization effort which resulted in the largest voter turnout in U.S. history. Currently, he's an associate producer on 'The Hill' starring Dennis Quaid. He's also editing a psychological thriller 'Issac' starring Breaking Bad's RJ Mitte, and an upcoming Halloween special for Hulu.
