No nothing will happen…. It’s normal…you can use cetaphil….4-5 days mein kam hoga…. Bas kuch sin pehle Meri Beti ko bhi hua I used cetaphil ne now her skin is clear doctor suggested cetaphil or even if you won’t use anything still these will vanish within 4-5 days . This is what doc said
