Tree advice: get an arborist in to check the trees are all good, you do not want any loose branches or widowmakers in any of the trees (that's where a branch snaps off and gets lodged in the tree but has the potential to fall and kill someone). Regular checks are key!
It would make a beautiful wedding venue.
Or, you could have music events and/or corporate parties.
Another idea is fix up the house for a retreat.

As an equestrian, Dallin getting excited about the barn for the horses and they hay trough made me laugh!! I can definitely see your family having a horse/ pony each and going on trail rides together with banks running alongside you ❤😍. Good luck with it x

I have an idea for the bunk beds in the farm house. The top two could be for beds and then the bottoms you guys could turn into desks and have a chair there and everything.

You guys should totally make this into a wedding venue for now while you’re not living in it!! It would be so beautiful and you can turn one of the barns into the reception part and then you have all the the doors to go outside for her dance party on the cement patio. And you can hang string lights everywhere and then the ceremony could be somewhere in the grass! Just a thought💞💞😍😍
My family and I live on a farm and we love animals!! I would def recommend getting chickens first, then ducks, and then goats and so on! It is really important to start with the easier animals and work up to the larger livestock so that they all get the care they need and you don’t get too overwhelmed! ❤❤😁🐴

Congratulations!!! Get a garden going. Perhaps turn one of the buildings in to a place for food preservation and storage. Canning, freeze drying, dehydrating etc...

If you want to board definitely do your research! Boarding can be very difficult. Also if you buy horses please do your research. Horses are a lot of work and a lot of money. Please reach out if you have any question about horses or boarding. I would love to help y’all!
You guys can also keep the orginal house and just expand it a little.You can also so start a vegetable garden and maybe a pond with some ducks?
Love it ! I would leave the little house and just add a second floor with a balcony off the main to have a great view of the land . I would also move in asap, so much better than having neighbors so close .

You need to build that dream home STAT & we are gonna need some miniature donkeys & goats & 1 pig so they don’t overtake the place, and we are gonna need the miniature Hereford cow….. there’s prissy one I saw on tik tok & she dresses her up & does her hair everyday….. you need to do this for real. You can do events where local small busines’s can come together buy & sell each others stuff like monthly or something like that. I absolutely cannot wait to follow this journey too, love you guys so much!!! Can’t wait to watch the changes & upgrades & builds about to happen
