Mine best was always the one when Ross finds out that Monica and Chandler are dating , he comes running to Monica's apartment and says with anger " MY BEST FRIEND AND MY SISTER !!!!!!! " , and then Chandler and Monica both tells him that they are in love , and then there is this change of expression " My best friend :) and my sister :) "

I am not kidding about this but whenever I feel low about my result or something about life I just watch friends and it's seems like I have forgot all my worries in that 30 minutes
So it really helps in removing my depression and just makes me happy and I start enjoying life. That's simply how friends influence my life

For me, it is strong connection between actors and characters they played. Even today if u see their interviews its as if they r still in character.
