Sir in high volume collapsing pulse, when we will raise the hand - there is collapse of pulse and again left ventricle pumps blood and we get a high pulse ....sir this high pulse we can feel in raised hand position or we have to bring hand back to normal to feel the pulse?

Sir am I right 👉🏻 in AR if volume overload to Left ventricle occurred suddenly so development of acute vent failure but if it occurs gradually then it will cause left vent hypertrophy
