I actually think that Icathia's Endurance is the better mythic. The longer you're in combat, the more resistance you gain as well as a percent health burn around you. Perfect for a drain tank while ulting.
My problem with that mythic is that it only proc’s once and you can’t control when it proc’s. So you could drain nothing and then it doesn’t drain for the rest of the fight.
icathia's effect is shit tho it procs only once (the drain) and the resistences ... yeah they're nice but i would take sunfire mythic over that thing any day granted yes the drain damage is TRUE damage which is cool but it's not at your disposal an adc can just auto you and bam your mythic effect is gone + it's not as cool as goliath which gives more max hp and procs on any champ that comes close to you zwag's vid vs that one maokai proved just how much better it is
if riot games decides to pay an homage to a youtuber once more (same as they did with necrit) they should name a stacking mana item "Zwags Passion" or something because my brother builds it almost every game. Zwags main is not Xerath, its tear of the goddess at this point xD

I still run Electrocute+Cheapshot+eyeball collector for damage and early game pressure, but I run Ingenious Hunter for the faster Moonstone procs, and I run Font of Life (combo'd with Rylai's so you can proc it multiple times during a team fight) and revitalize.
Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.
The mythic healing didn't seem to really accomplish much, but having a huge spike of defenses on your third item seemed really effective... I bet one of the other tank mythics is gonna be absolutely disgusting.
Please do a full max health Mundo on the PBE with the following runes primary: grasp, demolish, second wind, overgrowth Secondary: inspiration tree Futures market and approach velocity Main items: Goliath's , warmogs, Titanic, sunfire.... you can choose the rest, hopefully boots aren't necessary and just stack more health
Could you try Ryze with RoA, Seraphs embrace, frozen heart, abyssal mask and then something like maybe shadowflame. You will be beefy and still deal decent damage

Demonic + tank tear item instead of sunfire and tear staff. More tankiness, more damage, stronger spells.
Self mitigated is not counting actual damage taken. You need to add damage taken with self mitigated to get the real amount of damage you took.
