It's stated in chapter 675 by Obito: ""With ocular powers,only with both eyes together can their full power be unleashed" You need both eyes for a dojutsu's full power to manifest. And Sasuke has nowhere near the chakra reserves of an Uzumaki like Nagato.

Madara has such awesome Taijutsu like against the Shinobi Alliance,where it looks like he was carefree,breakdancing,not giving his best while still destroying them. Sadly his Combos are boring in the Storm Series. I get that he should use his Susanoo more because that's what he does later in the Series,but at least the first Madara (without the Fan) should get that awesome Taijutsu.
Sasuke:has a teleport projectile chidori with Amaterasu in it, uses perfect susanoo to make chibaku tensei’s with Amaterasu on them. Naruto:more clones and rasengan’s in there with some Nine Tails just in case It’s obvious who has the cooler moveset dude
If Sasuke is like that in the series, we can expect the Boruto: Naruto the movie to only lasts for 30mins cuz Momoshiki will definitely get wrecked in an instant. 😅. 😅
