Nor-Tech is a bit faster on the 39’ boats, I don’t believe Midnight has hit 100mph with one. The Midnight 43 is a bit faster than the Nortech 45, but it’s a much lighter boat. The fit and finish isn’t even close, Nortech all day. Midnights look good from a distance but getting on them you can tell the quality isn’t there the way it should be. At the end of the day, they are both great boats but I’d take my Nortech over a Midnight anyday.
They are now getting close to hull 300 on the 39. I have hull number 106 and absolutely love it. I do hope to get the 45 some day

Doesn't matter Nor-Tech is a much much better built boat and unmatched styling
