    Appreciate your videos, Ranjan. Disagree with your opening statement this time though. I think house prices will rise in 2024, unless the wars in Ukraine or the Middle East escalate.

    Nat West have said prices will fall by 4% win win as great time to buy at dirt cheap prices.

    The reason house prices will fall is the negative wealth effect and affordability. Dropping mortgage rates will have little impact if you are poorer or no job.

    I disagree, we will see property prices rises in 2024 as rates get cut. The bear market of 2022-2023 is over!
