There are 10 failed entrepreneurs for every successful one. Be mindful of your strengths and weaknesses. She is a IITian and a IIM pass out. What she won't tell you is the number of contacts she had who helped her since she was simply a alumni of these institutions. Not to belittle her struggle but being highly qualified with a affluent background makes things easier.
But sometimes kids take advantage of there families bank balance...it all depends on kids who knows what they are doing and what they want to achieve.. !

Yes, we are listening to her because Now Sugar is success but if it was failure and then we would have listened. So people wants to listen to Success stories but do listen to Failure stories of Start ups as 90% start ups fail after 3 years. You can run the Start up for 2 years due to capital but after 3rd year, challenge start coming and by 5th year, you actually learn. So since as a Mind, we like Positive, good things so it is good to have such success stories. Kudos to Success stories and nothing can be taken from them.

Ultimately all these individuals come from relatively elitist background who have received elite education which cushions them against failures. People may criticise me but that is fact and relatively less successful people with no elite educational background would be the real heroes. Definitely what she has done is great but we must understand that a person who has education which can get you job of 1Cr in 2003 had great cushion and can absorb failures. I am not undermining her but if she is the hero than to emulate her only a small very small young population of this country can take inspiration from her.
Yes 2000% correct it is the main reason behind success background always important to play a role in the life her parents both are Dr so I thought it's not a big deal bcoz we always suffer in the starting of career
She is from IIT-M electrical engineering, IIM-A (mind you, this itself needs a lot of hardwork). But she declined a 1cr job offer in 2007 straight out of MBA (equivalent to around 2.7cr now). Who do you hear coming from these kind of educational institutions with this kind of offer declining it outright to start their own business? Her dad was a scientist in AIIMS, so they're well off but not super rich that this kind of money is nothing.

I am from Nepal .I always wanted to be businessman from my childhood but family wanted to see me as a doctor and by my half heart I started to be doc but at last due to health problems I failed to be .Now I have my chance to be entrepreneur but as a started my study in science faculty from my high school,I don't have much knowledge about startup execution but I have various of innovative ideas which i believe it will boom on day . Now I just don't know what to do how can I get even basic knowledge and terms related to business.I am totally nervous

Yes, we are listening to her because Now Sugar is success but if it was failure and then we would have listened. So people wants to listen to Success stories but do listen to Failure stories of Start ups as 90% start ups fail after 3 years. You can run the Start up for 2 years due to capital but after 3rd year, challenge start coming and by 5th year, you actually learn. So since as a Mind, we like Positive, good things so it is good to have such success stories. Kudos to Success stories and nothing can be taken from them.

Ultimately all these individuals come from relatively elitist background who have received elite education which cushions them against failures. People may criticise me but that is fact and relatively less successful people with no elite educational background would be the real heroes. Definitely what she has done is great but we must understand that a person who has education which can get you job of 1Cr in 2003 had great cushion and can absorb failures. I am not undermining her but if she is the hero than to emulate her only a small very small young population of this country can take inspiration from her.

She is from IIT-M electrical engineering, IIM-A (mind you, this itself needs a lot of hardwork). But she declined a 1cr job offer in 2007 straight out of MBA (equivalent to around 2.7cr now). Who do you hear coming from these kind of educational institutions with this kind of offer declining it outright to start their own business? Her dad was a scientist in AIIMS, so they're well off but not super rich that this kind of money is nothing.
