I just picked up a 3008 2.0 automatic for 10k aud and i fell in love immediately. No wonder the western car market fell to shit going up against this sort of weapon. All we need now in Australia is autobahn motorways. 110kph is so slow in this car

Ce n'est de toute façon pas la vocation du véhicule, c'est une GT donc confort, "performance" avec un moteur coupleux et pleins aux bas régimes pour la reprise, et une boite douce et économe pour la route. Il faut juste savoir si c'est ce que l'on veut acheter :) et surtout si ça correspond a son utilisation ! Dire "oh c'est 180cv, dit donc c'est lent" ne veut rien dire, une voiture de ne résume pas a un moteur et encore moins a une puissance. L'etagemment de la boite, les réglages du moteur, le poids... comptent bien plus. Donc oui il y a des voitures de 250 cv qui font 0-100kmh en 4.5s (Alpine A110 par ex) et des voitures de 400cv qui se "trainent" comme les grosses américaines qui sont plus faites pour cruser en souplesse sur un gros couple (pas toutes évidemment). Tout est question de savoir pour qui la voiture a été pensé et pour quel usage :)

Je roule moi-même en 508 de 180 cv et croit moi, ça va très très bien. C'est un moteur avec une belle santé. Donc vive Peugeot ! ;)
Je pense que c'est surtout la boite qui est réglé "confort/eco" et donc assez longue. C'est plus une logique de GT/Routière performante, un moteur coupleux pour être a l'aise en reprise et au démarrage. Il faudrait le faire avec l'EAT8 ou les rapports sont plus courts et les passages plus rapides.
Bulle Pandore je confirme, le 180ch à la santé surtout en stage 1, j'ai été surpris avec ma m3rs de 250ch au démarrage, bon passé les 180kms je lui ai mis une mine monumentale, mais pas mal ce SUV

Et c'est un SUV donc même si ce bloc n'est pas le plus furieux, l'aerodynamisme du 3008 ainsi que sa boîte auto longue (il était à 3000 tours à 200 stp) ne l'aident pas bcp

What is amazing with this SUV is the how it holds the road like no other! It as the roadholding of a Sedan, I love it!
