I also recommend you to join the online test series of a good coaching institute. Practice questions daily. It is not the quantity that matters, but the quality of questions. Always set a daily goal and try hard to achieve it. Please restrict the usage of social media ( do not avoid it completely). Read each and every line of NCERT for biology, organic chemistry,inorganic chemistry...... If you focus in your studies next year you can assure a seat in one of the premier medical college.
