A tip for removing filters. through a couple of paper towels in a grocerie plastic bag and wrap it around the filter when you spin it off. gloves to help too.
You seem very busy. I am your fathers age it's good to see some one with a super good work ethic. I farmed for 30 years cow calf and 500 actually hay 25000 am square bale. Wore myself out had hip replacement at 50. Not to slow you down just pace your self. Good job.
Grab a 2 quart milk jug, cut the top 1/4th out. Slip it under the hydraulic oil filter before you spin it off next time. Catches all the oil so doesn't run all over. Great videos. Keep em coming
Eric, I saw another farmer on another UA-cam channel use a dry eraser marker to write the engine hours on the inside of the cab glass when he changed the air and oil filters. That way you always have a reference that you can see of when you need start thinking of changing them again. I hope you like his idea, I sure did!
Eric - Thank you for sharing these videos. You guys do such a great job of filming and editing that I rarely think about how much it takes, or adds to your task to set, and reset the camera for each shot, or new angle. I do know how much it takes. And in this case, it was a lot. You are appreciated. God bless you and all the family!
Once again another amazing video. I really appreciate the fact of the care you put in your equipment and how it works or doesn't work. Keep up the videos and can't wait for the next one! God bless
That skid loader has some nice design features, the competition will likely copy in their next go around. Trick for changing oil filters - punch a hole in the bottom with a screwdriver before taking it off so you can remove the oil into another container so it doesn't go all over the machine. Nod to Daddy Cornstar for that.
Nice job cleaning the tractor! You made taking that apart look so easy...if it’s truly that easy then nice design kabota! Great video! Keep up the good work! God Bless ❤️!
Awesome! The only thing dirt does is trap moisture which causes corrosion, block cooling, wears your seals out quicker and shortens the lifespan of the equipment. Glad to see you're taking care of her!
Hey Eric I am a dairy farmer from Bridgewater Virginia and I really enjoy your videos… We have a Mustang 2700 V skid steer and the Kabota is definitely a lot more user-friendly..Really like the door on the Kabota that slides up
We have the same Kubota but with tracks‼️ Landscape Company so we move mulch, dirt, boulders, sod, gravel/crusher run, sand, pavers, River stone, plant soil and so on. The gravel is hardest part of cleaning. Small size stone gets trapped in crevices and has to be hammered out at times!!! You made the Kubota look new- Great Job‼️ 🇺🇸AMERICAN FARMERS🇺🇸 🇺🇸AMERICAN HEROES🇺🇸
If you take care of your equipment like you take care of your cows then they will take care of you!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing a new thing that I never had to do on the farm only tractor maintenance!
Great machines, those skid loaders, but they can be a chore to clean out the interior cubby holes. I did that many times at the City Parks department where I worked. Looks great!!
Eric I watch your episodes you do and I'm so impressed with your work ethic and your co-working with your dad. Proud of that on both your parts. Love the infrequent basketball shots you do and the miracle cans of pop you find or try to catch. I even read your bible quotes you posts.
I washed a fork lift the electric board was fried boy my boss was upset never did that again love your vids watching learning I work at a hospital in mantiance very challenging at all times
After watching this video and yesterdays video from Farmer on The Prairie seeing how fast combustibles build up in these implements it is no wonder so many catch fire. Regular maintenance can make the difference of having that implement to preform the task or not. It is a good thing that some manufacturers are stepping up to make that an easier process so hopefully it gets done on a routine basis.
hey eric you have inspired me to do real life videos so thanks so much. your videos are great. i have watched all of your videos now so i am now on the second time watching all of them
I use a leaf blower to get most of the stuff out so I do not have to use so much water that worries me around the electric. Its also great for in between regular maintenance. Saves a bunch of time.
Our ssv75 has 7k hours on it and scrapes a free stall barn every day, hasn’t skipped a beat yet. Very reliable machine.
A tip for removing filters. through a couple of paper towels in a grocerie plastic bag and wrap it around the filter when you spin it off. gloves to help too.
Just a little tip, blow out the rad first then spray. Spraying it just compacts the dirt more in the fins.
Little things like this go a long way to keeping a machine running well. Props on a good video, you make washing easy to watch.
Love to watch these in my free time

That service significantly increases the lifespan of it.
when you removed one of the panels, how come a mountain dew or chocolate milk didn't fall out of there?!
That's what I was waiting for!
Shux
Ikr??? Miss those moments...for real! 🥛

Love to see what’s going on on the farm, keep up the good work 👍
That puppy really cleans up nice. Refreshing to watch you after a day of unsettling news. Thanks.

What a great machine. If you keep that up, you won't need to replace that until your kids are using it.
