Yo, here's a basic and simple explaining of Samira's kit
Passive: 1. You stack style levels from dealing damage with no consecutive spells or autos 2. Your melé autos deal extra MAGIC DAMAGE based on missing health 3. If you auto to an immobilized enemy you dash to him (if u are a little out off range) and knockup him/her dealing 6 diferent atacks (i think it stacks for conqueror)
Q: at mele range you have a yone's W without shield, and at range u simply shot a projectile that hits the first enemy.
Q also aplies On-hit efects
W: AOE winwall that deals damage twice (you can make combos with passive Example: You W and in the midle of the 2 atacks you can Q for making the second W hit count for passive styles stacking)
E: you can dash trough every single objective, enemy or alie deals damage to every enemy that Was on Samira's path, if you Q in the midle of your E, your Q will follow (kinda the upgraded Viktor's E) and it resets after participaiting in a kill
R: (you Can only cast it at S style level) Basicly a moving katarina's R that aplies livesteal and crit (after using it your style level falls to F)

Samira but she likes her style, so her items start with each letter of her style gauge. So you build E, then D, then C, etc. until you're full build. (Example of the first lettered items that come to mind: Essence Reaver, Death's Dance, Cinderhulk, Berserker's Greaves, Adaptive Healm, Sanguine Blade)
Samira, but everything on her kit gets lifesteal so we make the enemy top's life a nightmare

Samira + Swain bottom lane for the passive cc wombo combo, also build Samira with one item for each of Dante's stances. So Gunslinger (any item that looks like a gun or has gun in it's name), Trickster (a mobility item, preferably one with an active), Swordmaster (Any sword item, take your pick) and lastly Royalguard (a defensive item, something that either looks like a shield, gives you a shield or otherwise approximates a parry/block maybe an active item like Locket).

On hit, hail of blades, samira jungle, if you can dash into melee range, you will have both a 3 hit reverse execute and a standard execute, not sure how her passive interacts with on hits but manamune could be spicy.

With items she can proc

Her abilities seem to fit really good for a jungler ngl. Maybe try Samira jungle?
Hybrid build for top. Duskblade first, boots, into a lifesteal item, into either spirit Visage or deadmans if behind and triforce if ahead(or mix it up, triforce will proc with duskblade and make you a nuke after you e since your q is an AA and your E procs an AA), and last make it a situational item like something along the lines of GA, a last whisper item, or even IE/shiv/rapid-fire, etc. It'll play something like an Irelia, yone, or Yasuo but tankier, if you use the combo aa,e,aa,q,w,ult or even q,e,w,ult. Only difference is there wouldn't be the irelia stun but otherwise it seems tankier if my math is right other than her damage reduction from w, But you have range To fall back on.
