My favourite watch. I have all three. Also am waiting for 3 Vario leather straps for Casio AE1200’s. Vario straps are so soft and the uniform colour is perfect. The black ( on a strap) looks good on you. ❤
The new AD2070 might be worth considering too. Pretty much identical specifications. The subtle differences are slightly bolder hands and major indexes, cursive branding on the dial, plus more condensed positioning of 24 hour indexes. Overall, I think it's even easier to read. Hopefully you could make a comparison in a future video.
Thanks for this. I did my own little strap fashion parade, too and it's a strap monster with almost everything; blue, black and green nato's, perforated black rubber and everything leather, except brown imho (ever since I heard another reviewer say that black dials don't go right with brown leather straps, it's can't get the idea out of my head). Anyway, I settled on one of my (cheap) red burgundy leather ones, similar looking to yours. I love this watch for two reasons. One: I just love it. I don't do 38mm. I'm not part of the, current, whole 'vintage look = good' thing that's going on. Most of mine are between 40 and 42 but this 39mm size has really won me over. It's amazing how much difference 1mm makes in the watch world. To the unenlightened, that would probably sound overly pedantic but I'm sure most watch afficianados would agree that your eye can really detect it, whether it's on dial diameter, thickness, strap width, or whatever, 1mm differences can make a huge difference to the look and feel of a watch. And I know that, even though I am liking the 39mm, I still would not like a 38mm watch. Also loving the contrasting finish to the 'ring' on the dial that the hour markers are printed on. I've admired it on Hamiltons, for a long time and this watch is scratching that itch. Two: it reminds me of the first watch my mum and dad ever gave me, as a boy. I can clearly remember, it was a Timex, with a black dial, black leather strap, Arabic numerals, in a field watch configuration and a red second hand; barring the second hand, VERY much like this. The little red arrow, on the end of the second hand of this watch, is extremely like that on the second hand of my Longines Hydroconquest. I thought that was, probably, one of the intricate, miniaturised, manufacturing features that made the Longines a pretty expensive watch. I thought it would be very hard to make a tiny, near perfect, pointy little arrow like that, on a mega-fine second hand, like that but here it is on the Addiesdive that I just got, in the sale, for £36.85, including the tax (after conversion, that is the same as, only, $46.70 US). And for the last 3 days, it's been beating, at an average deviation of just -4s/d.
I've been waiting on this watch to go on sale again, I have the pilot on a Barton 2 piece nylon strap ( blue to match the dial) and will probably put this one on a black seat belt strap.
I like the prices of their watches and what they offer, my only gripe is their unappealing logo and name. If they did a rebrand to something more suitable, I would 100% consider buying their watches. Otherwise, a big no for me. Nonetheless, I like what you are doing and your watch reviews, so please keep it up!
Such a great watch, I'd much prefer it with a decent Seiko quartz movement in it though. Too many auto's from Addiesdive, other brands are now using decent quartz movements more often, but Addiesdive are kind of falling behind in this area......still fantastic watches for the money though.
The question should not be how does Addiesdive (other Chinese manufactures are available) sell them so cheap, but rather how have the marketing departments, particularly those of the Swiss brands convinced you, dear exploited, credulous 'consumer' that their $100 watches should retail for >$2000. It's certainly a mystery.
They are garbage. Don't let them fool you. Chinese watches and Aliexpress are big nightmare. Now after using watch for less then a week second hand fell off. Bravo Addiesdive you are not worth even 50 dollars and should I add that warranty is uselees.
@@ekremkqraa1218 well this is my first one and there is few things there and specially one on the crystal. Maybe they should have a better qualiti control before they send it to customer.
Booooooring. And a Trash Watch maybe for a child. Buecause when i would have a child i would buy them a better warch then this one. People buy your watches in a stationary watch dealer and save his job and skills to repair and or build watches. Today the people buy to much online. And soory aliexpress is the last traashy brand EVER.
Dude. It's clear that you don't like AliExpress watches. So I'd suggest you skip this one and take a look at other watches or skip my channel altogether. Thanks for watching 😎
Thanks for the strap show and comparision to the original Hamilton, very useful content! :)
Glad that you like it and thanks for watching 😎
Great watch, would prefer silver hands (markers)
Ah yes. that might work. Anyways, thanks for watching 😎

Well, that's what I call a HUGE fan. As for Vario straps, I have tons of them. Can't go wrong with ##varioeveryday.
Thanks for watching 😎
I just ordered my 2nd one, couldn't resist at this price
@@chriskelly509 is it a different colour to your first one?
I have an love this watch I hope they bring out a blue dial very similar to the baltany s2049
All Field watches should calm on a leather or nato strap
Yup. I hope so too. Thanks for watching 😎
I would like to see a blue dial as well.
Well, the green dial is already available. But we'll see if a blue dial is coming up. Thanks for watching 😎
I get a lot of compliments and people ask about it whenever I wear this watch. Great value for the price with a nice size and design.
Yup. Totally agreed. Thanks for watching 😎

On this particular model, I think it's fine, but on their dressier watches, it's a NO-NO for sure.

On this watch it's not bad, has a more rugged look but on a dress watch nope.
It says "This product can't be delivered to yr address"

Had the same issue with Sea-Gull before. I think you might need to get one from another seller. Good luck and thanks for watching 😎
