I Platinum'd Both Spider-Man Games and Compared Them

- In this video, I went for the platinum trophy on Spider-Man remastered on the ps5! I wanted to play it right after playing Spider-Man 2 so I could compare the two directly and see the differences between the two games. Since I just got the platinum trophy on Spider-Man 2, this was a great time to platinum the first too!

Genuinely think the reason you enjoyed Spider-Man Remastered more is due to the story being tighter and hitting better heights compared to the second game. Really loved both, especially the improved gameplay in 2 but felt the story is far superior in 1. Not the worst thing in the world, we got 2 very fun games out of it.
If they had the story of the first game mixed with the gameplay of the second, we'd have a god tier game

theyre both easy platinums, but Spidey 2 was on another level of easy
Developers didn't want the games to be hard, they wanted them to be easy enough for all players to enjoy not just hardcore gamers who can beat anything on any difficulty

It's really nice for people to finally start making spiderman ps4 platinum videos with dlcs and not just the story
The mention of the subway for the fast travel trophy is a reference to the first game. Cause if you used the fast travel system it would play these cool little scenes of Spidey traveling on the subway.
But with the remaster they are by default turned off because of the instant loading on the PS5.
Though If you wanna see them you can switch them on in the pause menu.
It's cool how he reacted to the game like he is playing it for first time.😀

u should do uncharted games on brutal difficulty, the trophy is optional but the challenge alone would make a good video, it's definitely one of the hardest hard modes in gaming also no one talks about this difficulty cuz its so unfair and unforgiving, we need a big youtuber to finally give it some recognition

I think that this could make an interesting set of videos because it only takes 1-2 hits to kill you in Brutal difficulty. I personally have not seen many UA-camrs cover this either and if they cover it, it is usually a guide. I would also like to see a reaction to the difficulty because it is the hardest difficulty out of all of the Uncharted games. Would've been nice if Brutal returned in 4 and The Lost Legacy.
Man the people should give him the title of “the platinum destroyer” for doing these painful and fun platinum trophy’s, just for us to have fun watching him
As someone who never ever does plats these games are super duper mega easy to plat, I plated spidy 2018 back in 2018 and then again in 2022 on the remaster, and then spidy 2 in 2024, but God dam this dude is crazy with how he pushes through games 1000 times harder than these. And even with these the only reason I plated was because I'm a huge spidy fan and beat each game like 3 times. He's dedicated for sure.
I had never heard of screwball before playing the game but after those challenges she is definitely on my most hated villain list.
Screwball has got to be one of the most annoying video game characters ever.
I'm glad they saw sense and didn't bring her back for the second game

Anyone else had the jarring experience of Ultimate Difficulty somehow feeling EASIER than any of the other difficulties when the game first came out a few years ago?
Cuz like my first ever playthrough was on Friendly cuz I kinda suck at combat and timing reactions but then ng+ came with UD and somehow I breezed throught better than on friendly mode.
That was a wild experience for me 😂
Probably coz of having all the upgrades
I remember when I first started I had trouble with Fisk even on friendly difficulty, then when I went back for NG+ ultimate I didn’t die at all throughout the whole play though

Hope with spiderman 3 they make the combat more wall oriented. Stuff like fighting on walls, bouncing off them and maybe even making it so brutes get their fists stuck in walls

In the game, you can skip all the projects in the lab by enabling it in the settings. I did this and I still got the trophy

Was to be expected that you'd like this one. It's an awesome game! You should try the Uncharted series, I think you'd like those. Some of those games can get pretty difficult on brutal difficulty.

Still watching you're Spider-Man 1 just wanted to say we definitely do cleanup a bit different. I'll go through district by district getting everything before moving on where you seem to go after 1 specific thing, finish that before moving on to the next collectable.
I did that purposely so the recording but would be easier to cut when editing

I spent 5 hours last night of playing the first Spiderman on spectacular mode, and I’m an idiot and immediately got into doing the Fisk construction sites without much upgrades and what not and one of the worst 3 hours of my life 😂😂😂

platinate VIVDILOPE, is one of the MOST tough games ever made, with the most unfair and hardest levels, it took me like 120 hours to platinate, so is a good challenge
