      It is a book on how different societies are the way they are? Why europe industrialised earlier?
      These all are the results of geography and history?

      Spend half an hour. Take a pen and paper. And start daydreaming about what you will do after you get out from bad situation. What will you do in 10-20 years. When you have money, a good partner, children. What will you do when you have a loving family and good respectable work. When everyone actually loves you. Keep visualising. That will become your why. I have been through this toxic home, can't work, everything is falling off situation. And let me tell you, everything of it will be alright. Stay strong bro. 💪

    I'm going through a very rough phase of my life
    I read about Viktor Frankl and get to know that he used to ask his clients that
    WHY DO YOU NOT COMMIT SUICIDE?
    As in the process of answering this question they eventually ended up finding the "WHY" they are still alive
    and now watching this video and realizing that this is what I'm lacking right now...the WHY factor

    9:30 - 9:45 - dinner
    9:45 - 10: 30 - video editing
    10:30 - 11:00 - learn new songs on guitar/record vocals
    11 - 11:30 - read book
    Sir how should I get more time as I am unable to get success and still struggling. How should I get success faster and escape this 8-8 job loop. Please help as I am suffering this since 3 years and people behind me came forward and are successful.

    I was struggling to study then I somehow using David goggins approch to not fear the mind I made myself study
    So today I was solving questions of jee and got stuck and was thinking to leave it,making my self esteem to cripple,came on UA-cam to escape and boom
    This man posted this thing
    Now it's clear that the unsolved questions are my motivation to get more into it

      1.Make sure that you have to study and put it down in your core
      2.Whenever you are struggling then just calm down and think what's going wrong,maybe you are dehydrated,it can be that you haven't slept well,maybe a little hungry or just little pain that will go away after a walk but you are focusing so much on that how much you can't study then you will try to escape it
      3.Try to be better than yesterday,don't panic,yours exams are not in 5 hours
      4.whenever you procrastinate then think that their is a 3rd person in your brain who is making up all the fears and just say fuck you and sit down with a calm mind
      Now don't be so ruthless and make sure to sleep 8 hrs a day

    Shwetabh brother this video is pure gold. Its most relevant to my current situation. Although I live in a healthy environment and have loving family but I still haven't achieved anything in life. I have zero contribution in my family. This lack of self worth burns me from within. I have 0 aukat. I am graduate but unemployed. I have my parents money but no real friends and partner. I want to work hard to earn respect, status and to ultimately do some contribution to humanity just like you bro. Thank you.

    0 ghante kaam kiya. Din waste Kiya, weeks waste kiye, 3 saal waste hone ko aa gaye. Many times I tried to fight back but find myself still stuck in the same situation. No, I am not asking for help. I'm venting out, stating it, to remember that I wrote something which shows me my reflection. Which tells that I'm not the best. I was performing very efficiently 2 and a half years ago, when I was in 10th. Studying 14+ hours a day. Then came the downfall. COVID, lockdown, lost the momentum, fell too far behind, attempted suicide more than the times I gave my jee mains exam, failed miserably in both of them. Barely kept my head above water by getting 78% in 12th.
    Currently in a private engineering college, 1st semester, which are conducting exams ahead of time to manage semesters. I have my exams starting from the day after tomorrow. And here I am wasting my time.
    I can say that I'm trying to get better. I used to maintain BMI of around 19-20 back when I was in 9th, then after COVID, I was weighing around 110kgs. I weigh 78kg now. Once these mid sem tests, are over, I will go back to getting my body in shape. I'm seeing results in my physical aptitude. But I can't say that for my academic one, as for mental, yes I have improved quite a lot, from constantly trying to kill myself to thinking about my future, that's progress. I stay unfazed by many challenges which I would've never been a few years ago.
    I am getting there, one step at a time, but ensuring that the step I take forward never goes back.

I wasted one complete year doing absolutely nothing but I will make sure that I do my best from now onwards so that I can give my future self a reason to be proud of me.     initially i thought self affirmations are totally time wasting but is the only effective method in my opinion to send thoughts in subconscious mind..first read in mind then loud then more loudly then slowly then consciously think i radiate postive energy and accept only positive frequency, people, things around me..this method was given by patanjali...if you do it for 1year believe me you will be a different person.
    the emotions are deep rooted from many lives.merely physical exercise can't help and don't think any change can occur inside you after getting success..if you're greedy then it won't go anywhere unless you understand it totally or by practical methods.
    Patanjali gave different different affirmations for different different obstacles

    He is saying what we already knew. Turn your biggest weakness into your biggest strength. The motivation behind doing this should be to not be weak at it.
    Then he talks about the metrics of our values. Yani ki konse cheez se apan apne values ko measure karte hai. tum kisiko impress karne ke liye body Bana rahe ho. Ab tum uspe successful bhi hogaye lekin agar uss party ne tumko notice bhi nai kiya, tumko attention nai diya, toh tum disappoint ho jaaoge. Toh end me ese body banake koi faayda bhi nai h because tumhare values ki metric galat thi. Tumhe body, self confidence, self respect and self gratification ke liye banani chahiye thi. Kisiko impress karne ke liye nahi.

    I really like what shwetabh always suggest....and most of the time he is on point... But sometimes practical life mein kuch cheezein apply nahi ho pati hain. I wish it doesn't happen to him again...but when shwetabh was on his low in Sandeep Maheshwari's episode....he was so sad that he was saying agar uski mom ko kuch hua to wo toot jaega...it shows aap kitna b motivation ki baat karo we all are human beings and toote sab hain...so never forget ur low time while motivating someone else

    I am living this situation and I'm on anti anxity and anti depression pills for 2 years. I amentally tired because all the abusive nature of my father towards my mother. There are so many situation that i am ashamed to share. I have lost all hope.
