Alucard is from the anime Hellsing Ultimate. In Hellsing, Alucard was the king of vampires and was beaten and spared by the ancestors of the main character, Integra Van Hellsing. So now he serves the Hellsing family as their "vampire hunter" while being a vampire himself. The anime is really good and definitely worth the watch, but i will give a warning to gore and death, as well as nazis, as the main villain of the second half of the series is a legion of nazi vampires.

You can't put a statistic on getting Alucard. It might take you 400,000 gems and you still won't get him. That's how chances work.
To get alucard? You'd need around that much?
