I had the original pair when I was in 6th grade. Everyone made fun of me and called them clown shoes. I loved them and rocked em anyway.

Hey Chris, would you say the Carmine fits the same as the Infrared from a couple years ago? I ask because I went down to an 8.5 in that pair from my usual 9 because of how big the toe area was. Thanks

When it came out and he kept it all these years and gave it to me as a gift, that’s when I started wanting to collect more sneakers so far I have cherry 11’s, DMP 6’s, concords, Carmine’s and yeah the infrareds, yeah not a lot but I’m thankful for all the shoes I’ve gotten by myself

Childhood and early teens memories activated - As soon as you mentioned Ben Savage, the clip of him jumping on the couch wearing 8s in Boy Meets World came to my mind. Incredible times back then. As always, great video!

Thank you for pointing that out. There was inconsistencies even with the OG shoes. People swear it was perfect lol. Love the carmines but still love the infrareds just a bit more. Love the content as always!

The Carmine were actually inspired by MJ's love for German cars. The Jordans VI had a rubberized black tongue and a rear 'spoilers heel tab.

That line had me go back to my childhood, getting J’s for the first time and couldn’t wait to smell them!!
The 90’s were the best decade for sneakers and it was so easy to buy them back then. I remember leaving high school going to Foot locker and buying these. I put them on right then and there to rock them back to school. Those were the good ole days.
This and the Infared 6s are my most favorite 6s of all time.

Got my first pair spring ‘92 when I made the basketball team in 7th grade. Waited 30 years to get my second pair. Worth it. Best shoe of all time. They’re sittin in my closet right now beside my Billy Hos, just waiting for nice weather. Theyre gettin worn.
First - Fred Savage every time. Second - this made me change my mind about these. You’re the quality Inspector Gadget and no mentioning of the red bleeding over. I was calling these the Pretty in Pinks, but will have to now see a pair in hand.
Every Jordan sneaker I try for is “sold out” right at the release time. I think I have to give up on trying for Jordan’s, because I don’t want to pay hundreds extra for resale. Watching reviews of shoes that I’ll never get is like seeing a crush that you know you probably will never be with, just torture for my soul. Wear testers always has great reviews tho, so it’s bitter sweet to watch them.

After taking many Ls and such I almost brought it for resale but today I went to the galleria mall in texas and they had the carmines last one in my size 🔥 ever since Feb 13th I been hitting up malls n ppl for the shoe and nothing but now I finally have em n I'm so happy. Best day ever.
The late 80’s and early 90’s were dope for shoes. I think when you were talking about Fred Savage was when he wore the Fire red 3’s in that movie Little Monsters.

90s were great growing up in. My snrks app crashed in the uk I thought noway. I couldnt get them on some sites thought must be more then this. But luckily I got 2 pairs off footlocker re-drop after morning drop was few hours later. Great video again. This is 2021 made now. Jordan 6 fan here.

Saw a lot of reviews for this shoe but this is the one I was waiting for.
PSA: check your pair before you buy it!!!! All of my store’s carmines midsoles turned pink. If you don’t care then buy em but if you don’t want a pink midsole ask to see the pair first.

I’m doomed, every time you talk about a shoe I’m practically sold because of your passion for them. I had 2 pairs of 2014s, resold a used one at a discount and gave one away to a younger cousin. Might have to pick one up regardless of the leather quality. Boy meets world just hit differently, there’s almost no price a consumers unwilling to pay to capture a moment back in time to feel it again

Early 90‘s was the best days... The shoe that I reminisce at that time was the Jordan 8, first time I saw it was from my GS mate he got them that time of course We couldn’t afford it. I was staring at them all the time. And that was the time I started playing Basketball...
I couldn’t help myself...copped this early on StockX...only $40 over retail...although I hate myself for buying over retail...I didn’t have an option...I need these!

The Jordan 6 is my 2nd favorite Jordan. So far Jordan brand has been dropping my 2nd favorite models 12, 5, 4 now they need to drop some 8 and I'm happy
