Ang hirap magtiwala it comes of money wise. No matter how educated good family background still you can’t help to doubt to people unless they are proven na meron na sila good successful record it comes of building a house. I’m very amazed sa Builders nyo very professional & honest.
I've heard too many horror stories kapag walang nag babantay sa mga builders. I would not advise it to anyone na nagpapatayo ng bahay. Kahit pinagkakatiwalaan mo. Usually kapag ma maling ginawa or they cut corners, you're not going to find out until years down the line. I hope and pray na walang ganoon.
