This match was an eye opener for guys like Priya 😂 who are obsessed with Aus so much that they actually move away from cricket analysis. Yes teams like Aus, Eng have been great in knockouts but when you are analysing the match, you have to assess the conditions and the pitch and then give the judgement. I have got the feeling that guys like Priyanshu over estimate Eng, Aus so much that it becomes kind of demeaning for other teams. Aadhe time inko pitch ka pta nhi hota. Conditions bhut badi cheez hoti hai. Koi bhi team invincible nhi hai. Koi bhi dhang se agr afg ko follow kre unko saaf pta chal jayega ki aaj ki jaisi pitches mein if they get to bat first they are highly highly dangerous and tough to beat. They just needed to post anything around 140 and it was always going to be difficult.

Afg deserve all the praise in the world. Mujhe personally kaafi umeed thi super 8s mein unse but after we beat them comprehensively, I thought their campaign will get derailed and they will get dejected. But boy this team is special. They have shown that defeating NZ was not a fluke. They deserve super 8.
Not easy to put the mental bloc aside against the aussies. I had written earlier also on good pitches, afg might not compete against top teams because their batting falls short. But on these kind of decks where 140 is par, they have the solid players to reach there especially when they bat first, and it becomes very difficult to chase with their bowling.
Go Afg, next target Ban and hopefully India can help them by beating Aus. Afg for the semis 🎉
