There is no other car that combines super nimble handling, small size, premium interior and this much fun all in 1 tiny car!
buildmorefarms100 Agreed on most of that except it's not tiny anymore and for less money and more practicality, GTI all day baby.
buildmorefarms100 y Te aplaudo o que pedo
I have an s model in 4 doors and it is super fun and fast to drive! I'm so in-love with my car!!
Getting this mini soon I can't wait. This definitely pushed me to buy it. Thank you for the review! :)
Im enjoying my 2014 Mini. It is quick and nimble...and gets 36mpg avg.
Im getting mine soon too. Glad to know many great things about it since a lot of people keep giving me shit saying it's an unreliable car.
izzy thyst how did you get on?
@@buildmorefarms1007 only 36?
@@gamesmaster1060 average mix of city and highway yes...I drive it spiritedly
This was a great and informative video! Thank you!
lol when you sat in the back. Good video! I plan on getting a mini cooper.
I love the name. And I'm looking to buy one of these bad boys myself, only I want mine to have a stick shift. Good video, good content my friend.
So, how much did that Mini cost? $26,000 or $33,400? You're kinda all over the place with the price.
please test the Cooper S. more power = more fun = bigger grin
Bmw has been improving reliability greatly over the years.
Speaking from owning a 2016 countryman S bought used with 78'000 km.
Driven 12'000 km in a span of year and bit, and had less problems than my brother's mustang.
Haven't had any issues, and i've averaged up to 40 mpg on highways.
It also depends on how the car is maintained; BMW will tell you certain things that aren't true.
Like transmission fluid is a forever thing, that's just BS. They expect you to wait until warranty is up, so if transmission fails (which is main reason why people complain) then you will be paying BMW up to 5'000 or more to have it replaced.
I suggest changing transmission fluid around 110'000 to 130'000 km at the maximum. It is gonna be pricey but if you plan on maintaining the car to it's fullest, you will only have to do it every 2 to 3 years on daily driving.
But whatever mini you decide on getting, it's a practical little hatch that is one incredible package for a small car. Countrymans are roomy and fuel efficient, that also combine bettee fuel efficiency than rivals of small SUVs. Clubman is great package for transporting longer items. And the small mini coopers provide fun experience with the combination of enough cargo for one or two people.
Sun roofs one will do. Automatic on a 15.00 ? manual a lot better. I've just save you $6.000. Get a 2nd hand 2L Cooper S Manual low mileage.
Is it reliable?
The upper "hidden" glovebox is still there. Not sure why yours wouldn't open.
LOL!
Actually, it's gone as of 2015.
TorgoLives I have a 2016 chili and its there.
Its an optional extra, included in some packs. think there's a storage pack
wish mine was there, I have a 16 2 door hard top
Would u suggest this as a first car, looking for cars for my 17th birthday and I'm really interested in the Mini. I only have $25000 so I'm not sure if it's a clever first car
Benjamin Price $25k and you're 17?!? wow, jelly here. I'd get something nice but used which you can change the oil on and hoon / beat a little without worrying about scratches. Underpowered is fine as long as it feels fast and handles well. We all like different things so I can't tell you what you want other than that.
Do you use regular plus, regular, or premium gas?
Definitely premium gas
You can see on the gas flap label at 6:23 "Minimum 89"
I just bought one yesterday! It’s a 2006 and it only has 38,000 miles. Dope.
the second glove box is not gone push in the glovebox lid!!!
I love Mini Cooper but I just can't stand the Optional extras. I wont pay 5000 of my hard earned money on nice lights and so on. Ill get a Mazda 3 instead. Much better value for money and it wont break down.
What's the deal with the creepy voice?
lol its him pitched down
Mutating
So basically they still break down?
Manny Garcia they actually have outstanding reliability since 2011 to present. Mini has given itself a much better reputation since then. Jd power ranks them with 4 1/2 stars out of five with reliability
I don’t agree at all you can totally whip the car around in the auto
Ja auto już mam nie stać mnie na zmianę samochodu na starszy i droższy. To Wam to jest potrzebne to ogarnij coś 👍
Noone but small children shoukd be sitting in the back if a mini. No one
$33,000?????? YOU COULD GET A USED BMW OR MERCEDES FOR A LOT CHEAPER
I'd prefer the mini over a BMW or mercedes anyway, they look like dickhead shiwboat cars
Built by BMW = POS Don't own one of these past the warranty expiration. and have a good spare car for when this goes in the shop. It will be there a lot, and stay longer than expected.
Look at resale prices and you will see people dumping these for next to nothing, just to get rid of them. Sad, it is a cool car when its new and running right, it doesn't have long legs though (won't last long)
cmscms123456 weren't you posting this on other multiple MINI videos? The troll information is starting to get annoying. 2nd Gen caused the bad rep for MINI, 1st Gen just had usual wear and tear. Time will tell for the new 3rd gen. Don't count your chickens before they hatch, might turn out for the better
Brandon Fortenberry It might turn out for the better? You spend your $30k and tell us. Meanwhile these are for leasing only.
acchaladka I got lucky with my 2016 Cooper S for 25k. it was an ex demo car with 4k miles on it. I wouldn't buy it full price, they get pricey too fast. I got lucky really
Sweet and well done. I test drove the 2016 S and really liked it, and girlfriend test drove the 2017 S. We both really like the driving - best driving feel of any VAG competitor in my opinion - and I really loved the exhaust blapblap and the style. However, I would still lease or get that extended warranty and budget more for repairs. Glad you got a deal and enjoy it.
Mini Cooper with Automatic Transmission... LMAO
Porsche has automatics too.
My thoughts exactly .... lol and with parking sensers as an option really lol lol lol ...
The narrations are annoying.
