AC is such a smart well-spoken, and all-around good dude. His racing career may be over, but I feel like he could still have a huge part to play in the future of the sport.

This is something I’ve thought about for awhile. Motocross doesn’t have “casual” fans. I’d go as far to say that 95%+ of motocross fans have directly participated in the sport before so they are intimately familiar with most things involved with it. No other sport in the world comes close to this.

I'm the 5% 😂 But I'm British, for me where I live, rhe opportunities were very limited and having a family not interested in it, I never got an opportunity to race... But I've been a die hard fan since the 2010 SX season and there isn't a sport like this out there! Incredible riders, incredible fans.

I could see a large percentage that hasn’t rode motocross but at least rode a dirt bike at some point in their life. My dad for example only rode desert but he loves watching it.

@@jpesicka492that’s the awesome part, it only takes someone riding once or just trying to hit a jump to realize how insane it is what they’re doing, and moto and supercross is the most popular version of something so many people do, and all of them can relate at least a little

99% of UFC viewers think they can fight where as 99% of moto riders know they can’t ride.

Oh I can ride, been riding since I was 5. But I could never ride like they can. Talk about another level!

@@charlesprice7608 that’s what I meant, you know you’re not tomac. General UFC fans think they can slap around Alex Periera 😂

Who wouldn’t be? Chase is physically so fit, makes you consider how cooked everyone else is though.

I agree gents. There was a video series done years ago on RV discussing his family struggles, what it took to get him there. The whole thing was amazing. Up until then I wasn't a fan, after watching it, I became a huge fan. There are so many riders today that have a similar story that we could follow like that, huge business opportunity and a great way to grow the sport.

I know you’ve gotten a lot of feedback about interrupting guests (has never bothered me, I think it’s a cultural thing) but I’ve notice you’ve improved at it! Respect to you for grinding and growing 💪🏼

I could listen to AC all day. Such a likeable guy, shame injuries derailed his career, deserved a 450 title, but im happy hes stayed in the sport.

    Need an MX/SX Netflix series!
I watched the Red Bull MX Nation series on UA-cam series multiple times and gave me a whole new level of respect and appreciation for how hard those guys work!

Let's start with smaller SX venues so that when newcomers see a race it's not half or less filled and more money can be spent in other areas.

Herlings raced the GPs, the British Championship, the Dutch Championship, MXON.
Most of the GP riders do additional races for fun. All for low payout.
Normal blokes work a job all week and ride twice, wash n prep the bikes. And pay for it all with 50% of their income.
And America is flooded with tears over 30 odd races for loads of money
