This episode still remains one of my top 5 favourite moments in this show including the current episodes. Such an iconic moment of the show. All Might fought his final fight AND still survived at the cost of being a hero.
It was my favorite of the show so far. It's hard not to be with the intense emotional rollercoaster

Love the detail of Bakugo and Deku screaming together for All Might.
This episode was really emotional. But I really love AFO as a villain. He seems so simple for such a complex world. But he's also really petty. He's just poking and prodding at All Might to see what makes him fall apart. And it nearly works. But even if he took away his Master, even if he's corrupted his Master's grandson and turned him against heroes, All Might still fights. Because he is here!

Top 3 moment in the entire series!!!!
Funny thing is both All might and All for one , in this ep , is in their weakest forms and look around how damage they caused ... Imagine a fight btw them when they where in their prime
Yup this episode was the end of All might. He could still kind of transform but thats it. Also if you guys noticed how powerful One for all is. All for one used all these quirks Springlike limbs, Kinetic Booster , strength enhancer and he had to use a multiplier quirk to times the impact of each quirk by saying kinetic enhancer times three Strength enhancer times four etc. He had to get an ultimate combination of quirks to counteract one punch from all might and that too not in his prime. All might really used a fragment of his power to defeat all for one. JUST A FRAGMENT and he gave it his all . ANd even at the point of impact ALL FOR ONE had to use shock nullification to reduce the impact of ALL mights punch . This was truly one of the best fight of the series and an end to one of the most favourite characters. IF all might was in his prime all for one would have no chance. Thus this enforces why All for one wants One for ALL. If a fragment of One FOR ALL was able to counteract his powerful combination of quirks just imagine how powerful the quirk ONE FOR ALL is. Deku is gonna change a lot . It feels like he inherited this immense mantle to maintain while inheriting one for all.
Guys and one more thing a human cant have more than two quirks otherwise they go insane and become mindless dolls like the nomus. I hope that cleared some doubt. And quirks manifest when you are a young kid. It doesnt mean if they dont show shigaraki using his quirk that he is quirkless. U will get to know his story and let me tell ya its dark.
Wait till you all catch up to Season 6 (best season of the show IMO). Season 6 Episode 23 - most emotional episode yet 😭😭

A brilliant revelation of an episode. Not to be spoiler, but decay is Shigaraki's natural quirk. Remember at least 80% of humanity are born with quirks Midroriya is actually rare by being born quirklesss.

Yes, I don't feel any emotion with the English dub, it doesn't even seem to be the same fight, in the Japanese dub I jumped out of my seat in this fight, but with the English dub I didn't feel any emotion

This show will only get better and better....not to mention darker and darker as you get deeper into the story...keep some tissues on standby guys...it's going to be emotional and mind blowing!
This is probably the best episode in the whole dang show to date. When I 1st saw this episode I threw up from the back and forth emotions giving me such whiplash. And even after seeing this episode well over a dozen times I STILL can’t get through it without crying. Why don’t we get into the details.
Let’s start with this. This fight is incredibly complicated because NEITHER appeared to have used their true limits of what their quirk is capable of.
All-Might used hysterical strength like Deku did against Muscular. And…well…that kinda gives away that the power beyond his current best still exists. I’m not saying he could’ve pushed himself to the prime of OFA to hit AFO, I’m saying the energy of the prime should still exist in him. And his body gave out. Not the quirk. The fact he can still transform after the United States of Smash is a signal that it remains. His body just can’t POSSIBLY manage the power after pushing himself so hard.
AFO, is probably even more of a wild card than All-Might. Just think about this. We now know when All-Might said he was 60x stronger in his prime, that was not hyperbole. That’s literal. The United States of Smash as ICONIC as it was, equated to a bruise on AFO’s cheek that knocked him out for about 5 minutes. We’re talking about a CITY DESTROYING PUNCH. Previously All-Might’s best KNOCKED OFF HIS FACE. That’s terrifying. Or how about when AFO said he’s going to use the ultimate combination of quirks he has in him for his ultimate arm…only to make a 2nd arm of what very well could’ve been an ENTIRELY different set of quirks. There is NO guarantee.
But let’s get into the freaking biggest factors here. Shigaraki is Nana’s grandson. And AFO killed Nana. And her own blood is now her arch nemesis’ student. That’s just so messed up. He’s an entitled sadist now, but before? There’s no way to know with the info on hand.
And AFO discovered Deku. When they were hiding behind the wall, AFO used search. And All-Might charged him, and he said, ah so you’re here after all? He was referring to OFA. And we don’t know what he senses in that moment. Did he feel All-Might did not have stockpile? Does Deku have stockpile from his perspective? Is the quirkless kid unexplainably strong with green lightning on him? We actually don’t even know what AFO knows about OFA. But this is a NIGHTMARE. AFO has the name of the next holder only practicing 5% of what he has available to him. Even if AFO was arrested (which could have been on PURPOSE considering how fast he got up after the USoS) the worst case scenario is already here. If he can relay a message to ANYONE before going to prison, Deku is in SERIOUS danger.
Here are some other incredible details. Like All-Might taking inspiration for his final tricks from Deku. Using his arms like they are expendable and just tanking the full arm explosion Deku deals with. All-Might has the same lightning Deku does in those final moments. All to show he won’t let himself die because he wants to be by Deku’s side as he learns and grows.
Nana Shimura by the way, appears to be of the same level as Gran Torino. We can’t know for certain but the fact they stand side by side like that is meant to show they are equals. Gives reason to show just how strong Gran Torino is, even if he’s not as good anymore and is in his 90’s. He’s still one of the best heroes around.
This episode earns more and more rewatches every time I go back. And let’s leave it at this episode has only gotten better since it debuted.
This is a great episode, but one of my favorite moments is when endeavor yells out "Show them why you are better!" Endeavor has given everything to try to surpass All Might, even to the point of hurting his family, but he still knows that All Might is the Number One Hero, and for good reason. It gives me the biggest chills every time I hear it.
I don't understand why you guys don't like bakugo even try to understand him. I guess time will tell.
He was a childhood bully and still treats people like crap for no reason. Its not that we dislike him, his personality is just not one we tend to agree with. We see why people like him as the anti-hero but thats just not something we naturally jive with.

An emotional roller coaster for sure! More epic moments like this are coming and I can't wait for your reactions moving forward!! These are great!
