What size injectors are used? Did you have to upgrade the fuel pump? I plan on smacking a 1900 onto my k20z3. Any internals I should worry about rather than head studs and valve springs?
I’ve read in the comments you were making around 430hp and this was a stock motor on pump gas, were you running the 1900 on air to water and that’s it? I’m planning on going with a 1900, air to water, with fuel return and e85.... just curious on the power I’d get out of it
1CG Frank In this video, it’s a stock motor. With a k24, I’d recommend at least pistons and rods if you’re looking at a tvs1900. The longer stroke of the k24 makes it less reliable for boost. Try to keep as close to 11:1 compression as you can though!

Aguilera FB6 anywhere between 430-450 at the time. This setup was having internal motor issues, it was a used k20 block and I think the rings were starting to go. It’s the only part that I didn’t refresh when I went through it. Lol
Aguilera FB6 the stock transmissions don’t like torque, just a heads up lol. But a MR1320 kit would easily put you into a safe range, with room to grow. As long as you don’t go too far past 300-320 wheel torque.

No I had the air to air kit, no air to water with the tvs1900

C A H it’s an alpha header to a Thermal R&D exhaust. It’s pretty quiet anything below 3k rpm lol

Hey where would a k24a2 crank pulley out me at in boost wise on a 1900 k20z3 ? Using the k20z3 pulley I'm at 17.5 psi up top
