Hey David, I have some questions. I've done short fasts and day-long fasts, but it's hard for me, as is the 1st few days for everyone, but I mean I have prescriptions and if I take them on an empty stomach I get very queasy and I may be able to power through per say, if I don't have work, but it's hurts and makes me feel pukey honestly. I ask, what's your advice? Do you think I'd be able to fast, but have a few crackers or a piece of toast with my medications to prevent the queasiness?

Yes, fasting is called 'Upvas' in Sanskrit. Upvas literally means - dwelling on a higher plane.
And clarify that fasting isn’t only food, it could be television, social media, sex, anything you do often. Take the time you used for that and spend that time with God.

idk exactly what the Bible says about them but you could do a fast where you just drink juice and there's something to keep your body running on. maybe dont fast every day of your life though. its like a really deep prayer
