Peter is just sharp at any level. He didn't care about the negative numbers. Instead, targeted for a solution-- finding a salesperson. That's wisdom.
That's a perfect example why "never give up" is not good advice.
What, what what....she is losing 100k every year for 7 years. Gawdd.
How did she cover the 700,000 in losses? Holy moly.
Probably spent an inheritance and got her husband working 80 hours a week to pay for the losses.
@@ceterisparibus8966 Why does responding to a legit question matter to you?
@@Profilejc98 They probably did, guess it didn't make the final cut. Apparently pitches usually last around an hour so we only get to see what the producers see fit.

I think I’d have some pretty large sweat marks if I spent 700,000 pounds to make a pad which only made 40k in sales
And after 3rd year making same amount with same loss and still hasn’t learnt that maybe she should stop, she just carries on to make more losses! Utter Madness!!
700k loss she could have bought a business that makes a profit for that amount
I just heard her listing loss after loss and wondered how that wasn't a red flag that things just AREN'T working.
People go into business to make 700k not lose it.
Ridiculous amount of losses
Peter Jones simply did not want her to come into any of his business sectors.
A million pound loss with repeated turnover figures of just £40k, the company is never going to recover that money.
@BenjaminGoose the sector he owns businesses in, this is a common term. Like my business sector is the auto industry, because that's the type of business I own.....duh
I think Dragons Den brought Steven just to put him in the thumbnails to get younger generations watching it
It’s pitches like this that make me question starting a business in the future, the product is great and with a decent profit margin, so I have no idea how she can be losing even close to 100k a year…….if she just sold them on eBay/Amazon/Etsy she would be in decent profit 😂
Advertising is necessary. People also forget that every successful business also gets lucky. Also ignores that this women sadly doesn’t not only have a clue, she is an ‘expert in failure’ - Jose mourinho
Only if people actually want to buy the product and she has clearly shown there's no market.
@@dylaninho2500 And she's not spending anything on advertising. She's just setting money on fire.
Advertising. She needs to spend on advertising and especially influencer marketing
@@homiekeen23 in order for advertising to work, you need a product that people want....do you know anyone that would like to walk around with a sanitary towel under their armpit all day?
Oh come on - the title should be spelt TOO much. Which child is running this? 😂
It’s intentional to make you comment. You’re literally falling into the trap by commenting.
Gosh Teresa actually looks like Carol vorderma
Deborah's reaction to Steven finally showed what they all think of him
I think you're wrong, it was jocular, I think they all like him. Not sure what gives you the impression otherwise.

I love the product. I hope it works out for her down the road. Surprised sweatpatches are such a technical challenge!
I just don’t understand … why run a business if you are losing money? A net loss of 700k overall… that’s absolutely insane!
Losing money while the business is growing is normal. Losing 1mi with the same turnover of 5 years ago is just insanity.
Look forward to a Dragons' Den update in 2 years time please
I was out when dasha went out.
Yeah, same to be honest. I didn't listen to a word of what was even being pitched. Was it reggae sauce or something?
hmm I disagree with peter. She lost 50-150k each year for 4 years in a row. Some of that money might have gone to patens etc. but give me a break. This woman is clearly not running this business well and I would not feel comfortable to encourage her to keep going.
Her net profit was a hundred and twenty thousand loss ????
Bless you, Touker. Bet he was looking forward to hearing about the leggins.
A company called Hudson bay in Canada. It's a dept store from before Canada was even a country 😂
Having a patent is useless on a product nobody is going to use. Sales show that.
Here is a head smacker ... You're supposed to MAKE money. They can thank me later.
I was hoping Dasha was going to stay a little longer.
I actually think they deliberately misspell words for extra clicks from pedants, lol. There's just no way they are genuinely making all these mistakes.
Yeah nah I think they're genuine. It looks like a young intern is behind this account judging by all the memes and spelling mistakes.
Man her net loss is too much
How does one much?
@@AbhishekSanyalTGV No lol I'm just being silly. The title says "Touker Think This Entrepreneuer Asking To Much" so I'm wondering if the entrepreneur gets to much, how exactly would they much. 😄
After seeing the fried egg bust up close, I knocked out a 5 egg omelette. No sweat!!
There is a spelling error in the caption. First one I’ve ever seen on the dragons den channel. Just had to point that out!
Allegedly, last year, they took three hundred trillion. With a net loss of a hundred thousand. 8-(
Who writes the titles for these videos?
The very 'dashing' assistant is definitely good to look at :D

People give her alot of flak for 7 years and 700k in losses. It can take around 2-6 years until a new business becomes profitable and it looks like she has had alot of startup costs with her manufacturing and patents and i think thats what Peter understands when he says that she hasn’t wasted her money. She built the foundation and now she just needs to make it work
True... she actually explains where her money has been spent which makes sense.
She has a unique product. Hope she made it
If she doesn't massively expand her turnover quickly she will be bankrupt.
Not making profit is fine for a growing business spending tons on marketing and expansion - she is not. She's been making zero progress year after year and she's almost certainly half-assing the business and just letting her husband pump money into it.
She lost money for 5 years and her sales didn't grow at all. The issue is not the losses, but the fact the business clearly is stagnant.
"TOO" expensive and "TOO" many losses
She is still in bussiness good for her.
This could've been a very good product. Sometimes deodorant stings when it touched the skin
Can I put it all over my body cuz I sweat like a 🐖

the show is getting brighter lmao
Personally i thinks its crazy that so many businesses think its ok to make such huge losses in the early years of a business... but apparently many businesses make losses before making huge profits
Amazon lose billions every year on the e-commerce and prime/delivery etc. but they make up for it on the aws and ads.
@@listeningtoeminemsnewalbum the levels of cash flow/credit aren't comparable and shouldn't be for new business
Yeah it's strange. I believe that even Uber is still losing money to this day
Business can make losses when they're expanding, it justified by accelerating growth. She's not expanding.
This can't possibly be the official Dragon's Den channel when the video title has the grammar/spelling mistakes that it does. I'd be shocked lol
This looks like a really great product. I suffer from hyperhidrosis so I would 100% buy this.
Was the editor drunk when they wrote the title lol?
How much money does this woman come from that she didn't even flinch listing losing $100k+ year after year 👀
Should've included Tasha in the investment
It's all about Dasha......😍😍😍
What is the models full name? Dasha what?? Asking for a friend...
I think we’re all missing the main point here… was that girl in the beginning called dasher? Like one of Santa’s reindeers??
Why did Sara not jump on board and get the products on QVC and the likes?

“Touker think”
If she is making net losses every year, isn't that a sign for her to reduce the retail prices of the products? 😒
"Touker Think This Entrepreneur Is Asking To Much " who wrote this??
Nice job proof-reading the video title: "Touker Think This Entrepreneur Is Asking To Much" should be: "Touker Thinks This Entrepreneur Is Asking Too Much".
Why would you keep throwing money at this?
this could be huge if she advertised this for sports people ,like runners footballers even people in gym 🤦🏻♂️

How good can her parents be when there are products almost or exactly the same already out there? Or how different can these be to get a patent, and if they are that different, and better, why would she be the only one doing them considering so many companies already do it?
That looks like a recipe for MRSA and skin infections.

Who is writing the title of the video?!
‘Too’ much.
Dasha. 😻😍😘

The title?! What you meant to say is........Touker thinks this entrepreneur is asking too much.
Slow down, double check, then post.
The product has HUGE potential....and spin offs, so to speak. Don't give up now after all that work and expenditure..... Surely the patents alone are worth a fortune?
So is she still in business?
Did you get the intern to write this??!?
