I will be in Dijon in a couple of weeks time, St Elisabeth of the Trinity was a little girl there, I will light a candle for you all in the Church where she made her First Communion. I was an altar boy in my native Dublin with Carmelite Priests, one of the greatest memories of my life was to be present when Bishop Sheen came to Ireland and preached in our Carmelite Church.

A Theology of Kneeling by Pope Benedict is an interesting work. Considering many take it for granted that we keel in prayer, but there is more to it and Pope Benedict recognized that. The apostle Paul spoke of kneeling in prayer (Eph. 1: 14) In Catholic school at a young age I had First Holy Communion in St. Mary's Church at 6 years old (1950s Pre-Vatican Two). The teachers took us over to the church and taught us how to reverence the host. That was taught to kneel and dod the sign of the cross. There are other ways of praying; face to the ground, sitting like the 120 did on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2) and standing. However, there is something that makes me feel closer to God and that is when I kneel in prayer and remember the sufferings of Christ Jesus for me.

It would be easier to find these videos on UA-cam if the naming convention included the Episode # in the title.
