A tip. The song you're bringing in, the bass should be low and the volume shouldn't be redlining. The one coming in shouldn't be redlining way louder than the song that's playing. I noticed you have the bass on the song coming in at 3/4. The bass EQ should be the opposite side on 1/4 when you bring it in. With the volume showing just below, so when you switch the bass the volumes should then become equal. There should be no volume change after you exit the mix so it's all the same volume. Also think of ways to keep the two songs in the mix as long as possible, combining the two songs together so they complement each other over a long period of time.
