Actually right there in the street at “gärtner platz” to the u-bahn “Frauenhofer Straße” is a curry wurst place called “gute Nacht Wurst” which is open until like 5am which is pretty good
Anyone who is bored in Munich is either very boring themselves or has no idea. I was born in Munich, grew up and live here. Depending on the weather and season, there is so much you can do in the city. Many museums do not charge admission on Sundays. There is the opportunity to use public outdoor sports equipment in parks and on the banks of the Isar. Forests begin on the outskirts of the city. There are municipal swimming pools and outdoor pools, nearby lakes that are ideal for swimming in summer, concerts and theater events, cinema, beer gardens... Leisure activities for singles, families and young people. I am 54 years old and mother of two adult children. I've never been bored. There have been free open-air concerts in the Olympic Park in the summer since I was a teenager. There is an open air cinema in Westpark (but there is an entrance fee). And there is much, much more. As a non-local, you of course have to find out what is possible.
I think January is the only month with no major festivals. There is always something going on in the city, especially in the summer. Being new here is great because I can just explore and even show my Munich friends new things :)
Surprised you got away with all the *apparent* privacy invasion at 2:00 in Germany! Thought the privacy Polizei would be onto you. Maybe you asked around for permission first ?
A beer or a glass of wine in the morning is nothing unusual in Germany, especially on weekends. This is called a morning pint (Frühschoppen). But eating Brötchen with a knife and fork is actually crazy.^^
3:10 forget about the air temperature... the name of the stream they're surfing is Eisbach (ice stream)
temperature is only a state of mind
The best currywurst is in the Ruhr area. E.g. Bochum.
Schön meine alte Heimat zu sehen. Wieviele Kilometer ich dort am alten Friedhof in meiner Kindheit mit dem Fahrrad rumgesaust bin ... Danke Matt.

Munich used to be like Berlin in the 70's and then the rich people ruined the fun. Check out the movie "Schickeria". Its amazing.
thanks I’ll check it out :)

Not sure If it counts when you're looking through a phone or cam, though 😋

Often the same: boys cross the street quickly, girls don't. Sometimes vice versa LOL
very true 😂
Eating the Brötchen with fork and knife is 🤨. And have a beer in the morning... well, ok.
