I’m not a video guru but I like the looks of the GoPro. The trees & sky are sharp and large like. As far as your gold……..we can see all of your pieces with any camera!!🤩 Thanks Gary👍🏼
Good morning, glad to see you back. I’m with you, the older I get the less I want to carry when climbing the hills. You found some nice gold this trip🍦
Thanks to you and Jeff. I always look forward to being with both of you two. Love your humor. My wife watches too, but she still thinks I should be sent to the home, that after 61 years of blissful marriage.
Those are nice pieces! Fishing for a month sounds amazing. You must eat alot of what you catch throughout the year? Thanks for all your camera-work Gary!
Great tips for larger gold. Why not save your fingers by using a brush and tube to blow the dirt out of the crevices? It is so much fun to spot the gold while still lodged in the bedrock!
Im 51,..at 15 years old i worked in construction with my dad all over California around the san joaquin river in fresno and the American river in folsom!..i sat on the banks dreaming of gold detecting back then!..im in arizona and recently been detecting around Prescott which has a similar terrain where you guys are!..thank you both for helping this liver transplant survivor live out his childhood dream!🤠⛏️🤘🌵
I believe Gary was an original 49’er that came off the mountain just too buy his detectors and start a UA-cam channel ? The only time he leaves the mountains is to go fishing ? lol 👍
What better way to procrastinate going into the office than with a new Two Toes video! I was somewhat concerned that the 2300 may have met its match with mineralized ground, as I’m considering buying one for use in Sierra county. Thanks again, Gary! OK, hi-ho, hi-ho, it’s off to work I go! 😅
Gary, the go pro works great!!!1 It always does... Never worry about this.. Just keep them coming... Probably better to always use the go pro if it allows you to get into better areas... Better for the audience too...
Have you ever looked closer at quarts , like either from placer or hardrock - that hard good color signs , with metal detector --- to find gold inside after breaking with hammer ? Thanks again for the last not sure couple of decades ;) I used to dredge northern CA , biggest nugget I found was over 3/4 oz by Dutch Flat , then in Downy vile , a friend found a 10 oz right in town / in river panning .
Do you think the gold monster would have found those pieces? I typically stick to the bedrock when working pits due to the monster not having the depth a pi has.
The big problem I have rite now is ware to find the pay streak on a gravel bar in side bend.the river I pan is kinda huge in spots and has a few large bolder lines and nothing.any idea,s?
Another great educational video. You will get your goat legs back soon and be doing those two or three trips up to the jeep from the river soon. All it takes is a lot of sweat and some misery😂.
The GoPro worked great. I really liked that second nugget. Keep that roll you're on rollin!

Good morning, glad to see you back.

You found some nice gold this trip🍦
Your skills of reading the land and hard work paid off again. Thanks for the insights and congratulations on a great day.
He knows where to find it.
Thanks to you and Jeff. I always look forward to being with both of you two. Love your humor. My wife watches too, but she still thinks I should be sent to the home, that after 61 years of blissful marriage.
My wife doesn't watch, she wants to send me more to the extreme south... after 44 yrs. ...😜😂🤣lol!
LOL !!!!!!!!! Thanks
@@OGRocker1 I suppose we could survive things like that, but what about home cooking?
Gary, Jeff , gold , coffee and beautiful scenery , it’s all good 👍

It's hard for me to believe that the old timers were able to get almost all of the gold. Without the equipment we have today

Good luck and have fun!
Hey Gary I need a new crevice tool!
Good stuff!
Huge boulders of vein quartz, and nice rusty bedrock! Go big nuggets or stay home...
Go pro is light and has great 1080p resolution. The issue is mounting it on something.

I wish i could gary.. I want out of New England asap.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I know it’s a tremendous amount of work but I’ve moved these piles and have found gold under them more than once.
I mean moved piles “like” these
We did'nt get to see Jeff's gold or the ice cream
I think the store was closed by the time we got out of there.
it was a good day !!!!
3.25 grams
Okay with that! Heck that's a two thumbs up the or two toes👍

To many hot rocks for the Gold Monster
@@TwoToes yeah I kinda figured so 🤣. Pi will be my next investment :)

Gold miner here

It's definitely a tradeoff focusing on larger gold. Nice payday though!
Sounds like Smith is making his iron and lead call at the beginning of this video.
531 thumbs up, its a sign , time to get another pair of levi 531 jeans
How does your old TDI compare depth wise to the SDC?
I think they are very close, the tdi may go a bit deeper but I think the sdc will find smaller gold.
Hey legends, what settings do you run the SDC2300 on? I usually on go on number 3, am I missing depth?
I have it on max about 95% of the time. If the ground gets so mineralized to the point where I'm getting ghost signals, I will turn it down to 4.
getting your self into a 2dwt rut. amesone videos made really enjoyable to watch
Would a guy be allowed to use a small trachoe in an area like where yer at
