Have you ever tried a liquid lipstick as an eyeliner? I’ve seen others do it, maybe you could use the red liquid lip that way for Valentine’s Day! But obviously it’s not made for eyes so proceed with caution lol
You could also try it as a cream blush with a dab of concealer/foundation if it's too bright/pigmented. (I always put some in the palm of my hand and really swirl my brush in there to get an even coating - perhaps even press the brush into the back of my hand to get rid of the excess pigment before applying it to my cheeks)😌
