He already knows what you need, but He wants to spend time with you. Leave your needs at His feet and then rest. This is prayer. Also, remember that He already has EVERYTHING worked out.

I havent felt stress in two years. The big game changer was releasing it all to God. Surrender and obedience are the game changers. The enemy doesn’t want this truth spreading because his manipulations would be done. Peace and joy and contentment are amazing!! Choosing to walk into God’s will and release my own was the key.

This came to me when I was thrown under the bus by my managers and colleagues and stripped of all my dignity and humiliated to the point that I am dragging my feet to work every day as I need them only to survive. My husband and I have been getting beat down in the last two months. His mom passed away in August, my job is putting a lot of stress on me, then I got news my dad passed away last week and we weren’t close the later part of his life…for me I haven’t been eating, I’m not sleeping, my anxiety is going up, panic attacks etc…I can’t handle it…It’s one thing after the other and I’m trying to be strong for my son and my family but it’s a lot. I have been listening to these videos in the morning to help easy my nerves and to calm me..plus reading all the uplifting comments are helpful as well.

Im going through the hardest thing i have ever went through and i have seen my days of trauma, but this battle Im in surpasses all of the past hurts. I have dug my way out from traumatic situations in the past and now I have been brought right back to that awful situation I ran from. Please if you see this please pray for me.
