Ingredients:
For Special Masala
2 black cardamom
6 green cardamom
5 cloves
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp peppercorns
¼ piece of nutmeg
1 piece of mace
1 cinnamon stick
For Kofta (MeatBalls)
500grm minced meat/mutton
1 medium sized onion
4-5 garlic buds
1 inch piece of ginger
4 green chillies
handful of coriander
4 tbsp roasted chickpeas
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
For Pulao
750grm Basmati rice
2 medium sized onion
2 bay leaves
3 dry red chillies
1 black cardamom
4 greem cardamom
4-5 cloves
½ tsp peppercorn
½ tbsp cumin
2 cinnamon sticks
½ tsp fennel seeds
2 star anise
1 mace
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized Tomato
1 tbsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp cumin powder
1½ tsp salt
4 tbsp curd
4 green chillies
1 cup of oil
