- The presidential election is just five days away, but some Americans want no part of it. Mary and Tony say they've just about had it with the endless noise and craziness surrounding the election. They chose to go to Iceland as the U.S. makes its choice. "It just gets to be a lot of noise and a lot of confusion, a lot of misinformation and a lot of very high emotions," says Mary. Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.

My son left for Thailand about a month ago. He wanted to get away from all of the political tension in his social group. He plans on coming back in time for the holidays.
your son could just turn off the internet and tell his firends to stop talking about politics.
What I see here is that most americans can't afford grocery but others can pay themselves a foreign trip just for silly reasons.

Now that Trump won the Election ill definitely work on saving up more and moving out of this country next year. I traveled to other countries many times its always good to plan ahead.

I live on long island and it's actually scary how people thing it's okay or makes sense to be extremists.. In my own neighborhood there's these neighbors, more than one, with trump signs on their lawns (which is okay) but then they recently started driving around the neighborhood literally honking TRAIN HORNS. Horns ESPECIALLY NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USED IN NEIGHBROHOODS. Honking their train horn to get attention towards their trump signs on their trucks. I actually semi-like trump, some of the things he's done and stands for. But extremism from any side or party or whatever is just... ew. What these guys did is fearmongering and being aggressive. Just like a lot of other extremists.

I wish I could have left 20 years ago after my parents passed. I would have moved permanently to Australia, or New Zealand. A close place would have been Scotland or the Netherlands but if I had moved to these places or places I would never ever have come back to the USA. And I am a Woman Vietnam Era Veteran too.

I live in New Hampshire and I already am planning to leave. Not like them though. I’ve packed my bags up and found a nice inexpensive home in England. Gonna take some time away and it’ll be interesting to see how driving is in the UK.
