Sometimes players just wanna show off their taunts. They don't even try to win. Or maybe they think it's Smash Bros and they're trying to use smash attacks with the taunt stick lol

Taunting to get under peoples skin aggravates me. Its always good to dish out some karma on those folks. Thumbs downing people after losing is almost equally as bad. The ones that really gets me are the thumbs down when they win. Like really bro? Nothing worse than a sore winner. I always try to throw a GG. Win or lose. If I’m tilted I just dont say anything and move on. No need to subject other folks to my inadequacies.

I had one of these not too long ago, they then invited me to a lobby and started chatting shit which I only managed to say "ok" a few times while the opponent went on a whole internal monologue finally ending it with calling me the n-word..
@@fridolfgranq The Internet is a quick easy way for people to project their own insecurities and inadequacies onto other people. Just keeping it moving and always keep your head up. Those people are just seeking a reaction out of you, and are desperate for attention. When ppl shit talk or try to put me down, it just makes me laugh because I can tell they're trying to push self resentment onto others.

This is VERY relatable. I always get random matchups against spammers, cyberbullies, etc. And all I do is leave the match. It's no fun to play against people that just want to win or shatter another people's self esteem. So thats for posting this vid. Thanks for making what I think is premium content.

Did a 2v2 ranked. My son and I stomped them good. Threw some GG’s after. They gave us thumbs down and wanted a rematch.
We stomped them again. They left without gg’s and didn’t ask for another round. 😂

No, there are TOTALLY big ego people, and I love seeing them. I honestly don't care if they smoke me, but humbling them is way way fun. I also love your personality and how you deal with them too, it's a great perspective to have
As a person who spams my taunts I think you might be thinking about it too deep. At least for me it’s just something to do between stocks and goof around. Wouldn’t have expected people would be assuming I had an ego based on my taunt usage.
Brawl devs put cool taunts in the game and then the community gatekeeps them. Maybe it isn’t the taunter with the ego problem considering they aren’t the ones upset over an emote. If your first reaction to a taunt is making any assumption on their character it might be a stretch.
@@Sea-7 well yeah, the thing is with anything is u can't tell anyone's intention. But there is surely a large group of people that is a whole TYPE of person that taunts intentionally to be toxic, but there are obviously special cases

But I mean, come on u can tell the mordex try hard who taunts like, the plant that spits on u, after every stock, they are ego driven and they would also get upset if u beat them and taunt back, it's just the type of person they most likely are

With all of this ego talk It reminds me of my DMT experience with ego death and the beauty in losing you own sense of self and how you think the world sees you only to build yourself up again in a new light with a much better understanding of your true self.

i probably say its just bad manners for them overall.
i got a close comeback at a match and the thumbs down i tell ya
sometimes people just let a game be everything they stand for, they have trouble accepting the fact that when they lose it's them who made the mistakes and not the opponent.
i don't always do well and sometimes i do good. it's just a game at the end of the day.
A lot of times Ill taunt after my opponent does a good string or something along those lines. Unfortunately I think some people take it as me being a jerk. It is what it is ✌️

When I play ranked on the last stock I get nervous and some times they do a taunt and for some reason some of them lose but most of the time I get plat or Dimond some times even though I'm a gold I don't know why and lose sometimes

I only taunt if my opponent does. And I like to taunt those who spams a lot. I think taunting is a good way to show them how the things works actually, cause they don't have enough braincells to understand why I am being generous to them. So better taunt them. There are some players who can play good if they want to but decides to piss you off and use signatures too much. They taunts, show rip,laugh,thumbs down etc. And they even invites you for a custom match where they show you emojis once again and then kick you out.
It’s so funny when they’re toxic and emoting thinking they’re actually good😹 and omg when they do the finger down, that’s like a dopamine hit for me. Finger down just makes me laugh so hard so I invite them to 2v2 rank and ask them to carry my ass even though I just beat them in rank.

He’s just partying them, it’s not hard to stand still or close to it and jump or dodge out the way of an attack, especially when your opponent doesn’t know how to mix up timing and change the attacks they’re throwing out

Why are the people in this game so toxic sometimes?
You play so passive and that's something I've been noticing as of late. Everyone is just playing so passive and it just makes the matches so annoying sometimes even if I'm winning I just quit when they begin to play a certain way.
It's not really passive he just plays bad on purpose just to make them feel like they are achieving something.
